Last year we let clans start expanding their presence into other systems after a couple of the consuls asked about it. They weren't allowed to go nuts creating fully developed second paradises (we don't need anymore crazy [[Kyataru|ninja world]]s :P) but we figured small outposts and stuff on nearby worlds were fair enough to allow after five or six fictional years. --[[User:Xanos|Xanos]] 07:17, 7 November 2007 (MST)

Last year we let clans start expanding their presence into other systems after a couple of the consuls asked about it.
