Blinky is a modified IT-3 series Interrogator made by Macron, based on an IT-0 design. The unit has not been memory wiped in a long time, thus making for an interesting personality.
The droid behaves somewhat like a feline, and follows Mononoke "Macron" Keibatsu-Goura about faithfully. The Interrogator has worked on a variety of subjects throughout Macron's career.
