The Dark Orb Crystal

A sphere of dark smoke quartz, its primary function is as a communication device that channels Force telepathy across the entire planet. It was later discovered that a Light Jedi could use it to absorb the power of the Dark Side of the Force, leading a few to speculate that this is actually a captured weapon of the Jedi Order.
