A New Republic survey team landed on the unexplored world years later, locating the ruins of the pirate base. The yacht was found to be damaged, but salvageable by the expedition leader, who had it repaired over the course of several months and presented to his son as a gift. The son promptly lost it in a game of chance, and the new owner turned to smuggling. The ship was eventually taken as compensation by Clan Exar Kun after the smuggler was forced to dump a valuable cargo to avoid being imprisoned by New Republic forces. |
