To Be Announced (shortened to TBA) is most often placed as a substitute for a vacant position when a likely candidate has not been chosen or has not been officially appointed.
It sometimes refers to a policy or project that is still being developed. To find "TBA" or To Be Announced look at any positions on the Dark Brotherhood's site, you will mainly find them under Clan or House Summit positions. Even the Dark Council positions will sometimes show "TBA" when its vacated.
