Clan Ordo was a group of Mandalorian bounty hunters involved in the Tenth Great Jedi War circa 35 ABY. Their membership was comprised of outcasts, criminals, and other chakaar or undesirables. However, their brutal methods and cut-rate fees kept them competitive with the more established and honorable clans of the time.

Contemporary History - 30 ABY to Present

Contentious Beginnings

Mandalore the Ultimate atop a Basilisk War Droid

Though Clan Ordo can trace its history back some 4,000 years, it experienced somewhat of a resurgence in 30 ABY when a brash young Mandalorian named Ful Elizor took on the mantle of its leadership. Immediately Elizor ran afoul of then Mandalore, and bounty hunter legend, Boba Fett over the role Mandalorians were being asked to play in galactic politics. The upstart Elizor also challenged Fett on several philosophical issues of great concern to the mando'ad of the period. Most notable among these were: the handling of the overall direction of the Clans, hunters' rights, and particularly the role of the Mandalore himself.

Elizor's politics put him, as well as his clan, on difficult ground during an already tumultuous period in Mandalorian history. A polarizing figure, he was not without supporters as many among the Clans shared his views. As a result, Clan Ordo experienced an influx of new members that enabled Elizor to take on larger contracts and garner a reputation for delivering a quality product for a reasonable price. It was this product value, and the young leader's charisma, that eventually drew Michael Halcyon to reach out to Ful Elizor to broker a deal for a project he had under development on New Tython.

Relevance to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood

During the Tenth Great Jedi War many among the Great Clans of the Brotherhood believed the controversial House Odan-Urr to be an easy target. When Grand Master Muz Ashen finally issued the order to violently censure the light-siders, the invasion forces were surprised by the appearance of a mercenary fleet of Mandalorians bearing the mark of the Bloodhand. Arrived shortly after the initial invasion, Clan Ordo temporarily turned the tide of the war in Odan-Urr's favor.

Ful Elizor was a charismatic human firebrand who led Clan Ordo during its resurgence circa 30 ABY. Born on the demon moon Dxun, Ful was the only child of Co and Reig Elizor. Elizor's parents were biologists conducting a three-month study of the moon's exotic fauna when they were marooned due to insurmountable technical issues with their ship. Ful and his father Reig survived eight years on Dxun until finally rescued by a geological survey team. Ful's mother died on the moon from an unknown fever when he was four years of age.

The experience on Dxun dramatically shaped the rest of Elizor's life. The adolescent became obsessed with the moon that took his mother's life. This insatiable quest for information eventually led him to discover the storied history of Canderous Ordo who had once taken refuge there. The Mandalorian lifestyle appealed greatly to Elizor and at the age of eighteen, his father having passed away two years earlier, he set out to join the clans where his iron will and extraordinary childhood served him well.

Lar Rya came to Clan Ordo shortly after Ful Elizor took power. She quickly gained a reputation as one of the Clan's more brutal hunters. Like Elizor, Rya was not born mando'ad. Refusing to speak of her past or what brought her to the Mandalorian way of life, she made few friends among Ordo's members and often found herself at odds with Elizor.

Rya was by all accounts and excellent, though brutal hunter. Though Mandalorians were known for their employment of advanced technologies and weapons systems, Rya seemed to excel in this regard. In order to fully leverage the capabilities of a lone hunter, she employed numerous ingenious devices personally modified to fit her work. Among the more ominous tools in her arsenal were a pair of YVH-series battle droids she had scavenged following the Yuuzhan Vong War. Named YVH-556 and YVH-762, the pair presented a formidable accompaniment to the bounty hunter.

Rya became a pivotal figure during the Tenth Great Jedi War when she captured the Krath witch Ashia Kagan Keibatsu. Near death after an assassination attempt by the traitor Coryn Vance, Ashia was discovered by Rya at an abandoned school on the outskirts of Menat Ombo. Rya attempted to claim a bounty of 3,000,000 IC from the Jedi of Odan-Urr. Refusing to pay the sum, Jedi Master Michael Halcyon attempted to take Ashia's comatose body by force resulting in a duel between Halcyon and Rya's YVH hunter-killers.
