House Bane was one of three original houses in Clan Plagueis immediately after its founding in the Dictum of Two Skies. Named after the Sith Lord Darth Bane, it was based House Byss from Clan Exar Kun. Bane was closed within a year due to low membership. As such, no history or lore of House Bane was created and all artifacts transferred to House Exar Kun and House Satal Keto. Remaining records are incomplete due to an insufficient archiving system at the time of dissolution.
The House held one battleteam, the Heretics of Bane.
