Unknown Droid Army
In 39ABY a unknown army of droid-like cyborgs invaded Sepros in the Orian System. The forces of Clan Naga Sadow scrambled to intercept them, resulting in a brief, but intense battle.
Brief Overview
Little is known about these droids. They first arrived via a crashed transport. When the forces of Naga Sadow went to investigate, they encountered the unexpected. The droids quickly overwhelmed first responders and even challenged the clan's Dark Jedi, proving to be difficult opponents that seemed engineered for warfare. Separate teams were sent into the Shadowlands and the catacombs beneath them. In each, the enemy was encountered, and it was discovered that the enemy had something of a main base or factory deep in the catacomb ruins.
Matters grew worse when a small fleet of star destroyers and their support vessels arrived, surprising the Warhost Navy and pushing them back until they were held at Sepros. The enemy fleet was finally routed with the arrival of the KSD Damnation, which they did not expect.
The Progenitor
The single head to the droids infinite arms, he commands all of them his mind and will spans the invading forces. From the fighting the title came out, the one that hides his identity and masks him from the outside world. The Progenitor. A title fitting for someone that gave up his flesh to become more machine. Thought he has the ability to use the force, he has become more robot, imprisoning his weaker flesh like form into a mainframe that allows his mind to control armies. While in the device he has immortalized himself and gained his dream of power. Though this also means that he is the head of the hydra that needs to be cut off.
Units
Arachne
Arachne are spiderlike droids that were first seen in the Shadowlands of Sepros. They appeared when members of Clan Naga Sadow were investigating a suspicious crash site near the catacombs. They are around 1.5 meters tall and their leg span is almost 2 meters wide. They are most known for their stealthy nature, striking from tall bushes and using their long and powerful legs to pierce their prey.
Hoplite
The Hoplite was the standard military unit encountered during this conflict. They were humanoid in nature and appeared as as some sort of cyborg. These units typically carried blaster rifles and other common weapons. They were the first enemy unit to be identified, and the most common of the conflict, serving in any infantry capacity for the enemy.
Echidna
The Echidna is the high speed assault droid encountered during the Ashes Fall Conflict. They were first encountered by two separate groups in the forests and catacombs while investigating a suspicious crash site on the planet Sepros. They have the upper body of a droid, with the lower section comprised of interlinking plates designed to allow fluid snake-like movements. Their arsenal consists of blades instead of hands, a blaster cannon in their mouths, and a constrictor tail. It is recommended to engage them at range with heavy armor, and a minimum of two Equite 2 members should you have to engage them in close quarters.
Titan
Titans were large droids that were encountered late in the conflict. Because of their size, they could not enter the catacombs and were only encountered on the surface. Little was discovered of them, but because of their size, they required heavy weapons such as armor and missiles to take down.
