After basically sweeping the third Great Jedi War, Grand Master Zoraan sought out an appropriate gift to grant Clan Taldryan. After deliberating, the Brotherhood's leader chose to give Taldryan a Victory-Class Star Destroyer. The original name has been lost to the annals of history; however the VSD was renamed the "Cantor" in honor of Keirdagh 'Yacks' Cantor, one of Taldryan's most revered leaders. Under Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn it was renamed the "Dark Prophet" (one of Keirdagh 'Yacks' Cantor's nicknames) to prevent confusion of the ship with the famous Brotherhood family.
