The Corsair is a Majestic-class Heavy Cruiser and the second vessel to bear the name. The ship was acquired by Clan Tarentum in 27 ABY when it reorganized its Navy after the Battle of Antei.

This is the second ship in Tarentum's Navy to carry the name Corsair. The previous ship was the Victory-class Star Destroyer Corsair.
