There are plenty of tacky hives of scum and villainy spread over Port Ol’val but not so many establishments that seek to set new standards in their class.

Sub Ol’val is primarily a Concert Hall meant to host some of the most exclusive bands in the Galaxy that really require the proper vibe of depravity, high society and moral bankruptcy.

To get these underground elites to flock towards this place, it has to have the very best acoustics possible.

Entryway and Reception

The front of the club looks positively medieval, greeting visitors with two massive brushed metal pillars, arched crimson transparisteel windows, obsidian stone walls and the roof of the asteroid very visibly still swallowing in most of the complex. The flooring looks modern, shiny and is blackened with any of the necessary Sub Ol’val advertising shown in red Aurebesh.

Once inside, a permanent burgundy red glow greets the likely exotic or wealthy visitor. A small repulsor lift will speed up the journey through gothic pillar infested tunnels until an intimidating reception desk will show itself. The establishment’s custodians will await anyone here and approve their stay accordingly.

Madame Bleakberry, a strict middle-aged Dathomirian woman and her younger assistant ‘The Wicked Lotus’, a heavily armed black female Twi’lek make thorough work of anyone unfit to enter. Their sadistic looking attire will filter out anyone that somehow dared to go through the entrance without tickets or authorization.

Main Concert Hall

The next room inside of the subterranean complex is shoe box shaped, with a domed ceiling and smooth walls. The only soft surfaces that may absorb sounds would be several of the most expensive seats. Its podium is cage shaped and the equipment present allows for the loudest volume anyone could wish for.

Quiet calm melodies are respected and sound clear, while loud performances can be enhanced to extreme levels. Being situated underground, some of the natural asteroid walls help bounce the sounds in the right direction and there is no possibility of sound from the outside interrupting a concert. Crimson and ebony decorate the halls and give it a dark and gothic like atmosphere.

Strict dress codes can be applied to further amplify the ambience depending on the band that plays. If a band requires very specific acoustics, the shape of the very room can be adjusted with moveable walls, a repulsor powered stage and even parts of the audience can be moved up or down. For a clear-cut vibe, cages with dancers, flamethrowers and smoke generators can be lowered, while room lighting is coordinated by a very well versed AI algorithm.

The Lounge Area

Past the Main Concert Hall there is a hallway that leads to a small library. Should especially esteemed guests require a unique experience, one could ask for passage past one of the bookcases into a room full of cages, torturing equipment and other, what some, consider pleasurable devices. This place is meant for bonding after a night’s out. For safety there are well trained privacy respecting crew present.

The most exquisite foods and cocktails are served here, some illegal, others dangerous, but all utterly unique lifelong lasting experiences. For those that wish it there is a special selection of Skittershub footage linked to mind evaporators, allowing passionate entry into hedonistic holographic realms.

Separated chambers with specific climate conditions are available for species that require it.

Organization

This establishment was set up during a collaborative effort between Dathomirian Madame Bleakberry, Twi’lek The Wicked Lotus and Human Alaisy Tir’eivra. Their goal was to have a place fit for both clients and performers that sought out something that suited more elegant yet eerie ventures. High regarded individuals have been rather fond of the level of privacy granted to them and the first experiences were rated favorable.

Even vilified races such as the Anzati are given sanctuary here, sometimes bringing very particular offerings for entry in return. Financial detailings have been obfuscated, under the guise of security. Alaisy takes care of the club’s fashion guidelines, dress codes, events and performs as a vocalist herself, Bleakberry handles the finances, customer relations and licensing, whereas Wicked Lotus checks up on security, staffing and structure integrity.
