One of the first to bear the name Tarentae and the Consul who led Clan Tarentum through the Exodus, Ciara Maya Tearnan Rothwell Tarentae returned to Yridia in 36 ABY after a long absence from Brotherhood space to find the only Clan she had ever served disavowed and abandoned. Fiercely loyal to Tarentum and convinced she will see it rise again, the former Krath Pontifex turned Warlord has elected for now to find a home, together with a remnant of exiled Tarenti, in House Marka Ragnos of Clan Naga Sadow.

What Now?
Energized by the chance to take part in the Brotherhood's routing of the Collective at Meridian alongside old friends, the Tarentae became convinced it was time for the exiles to find a way forward if they intended to see their home one day rise again. Looking to an old alliance and an ancient empire for that way forward, Ciara, Pel and Hades turned to Clan Naga Sadow. Wary of this "new order" that had directly eradicated or allowed the destruction of nearly everything she knew, Ciara found some solace in one of the Brotherhood's oldest clans, particularly in House Marka Ragnos, where a remnant of the Krath still thrived untouched. If nothing else, their shared enemies would provide ample opportunity for venting and vengeance.
