The waste was poured around the base of the tree containing the Count's palace. This prestigious position of power was now open for grabs. Dismal campaigned the whole system for him to be elected as Count, to carry on the royal family. Most of the civilians thought 13 was too young of an age to lead, so his fathers First General took over. He took everything, even married the late Counts wife. Dismal felt betrayed, so he went into hiding on the edge of the capital, where he built a small house and plotted his revenge to regain his place and status. The General ruled with an Iron Fist.

As he learned the basics of the Dark Side of the Force, he then returned to his home planet of Enriton.He found the Count's Palace. He used the Force to push aside his meek bodyguards. Dismal called upon the power of the force to lift him off of his bed, and restrain his windpipe to cut off his oxygen supply, thus killing him. Dismal then declared himself Count of the entire Enriton System. After suffering years of torment, the people of Enriton were happy to bring back the old style of leadership. He moved into the family palace. He threw the dead General's body into his fireplace, and enjoyed watching it burn. He was thrilled and delighted to have his family's power back at grasp.
