The [[Disciples of Dreypa]] is a [[Battleteam]] of [[House Ajunta Pall|Ajunta Pall]] within [[Clan Plagueis]] tasked with the cult-like indoctrination of the inexperienced [[Journeymen]] of Ajunta Pall. Led by an instructor, the Disciples of Dreypa educates all newcomers in the ways of the Dark Side, Ajunta Pall, and Plagueis as a whole, sometimes through extreme measures if necessary.

== History ==

Under the watchful eye of the Dread Lord, the Disciples of Dreypa was originally conceived to harbour the large influx of Force users that arrived in the system after betraying the One Sith. As the One Sith were known to be physically weaker in power, an arduous regime was put in place for those who joined Plagueis, as they were first forced to pass their trials through the Disciples of Dreypa Battleteam.

The Disciples of Dreypa is a cult-like unit which is responsible for the indoctrination of new members of Ajunta Pall. This could be as simple as orientating willing and eager members to the ways of the Dark Side, to the extremes of manipulation, torture, and the forced breaking of will.

Membership to Ajunta Pall, and therefore initiation into the Disciples of Dreypa, consists largely of a somewhat ceremonial ritual. With most of the leadership of Ajunta Pall present, the initiate is forced to swear allegiance to Ajunta Pall and it's Vassal and disavow any connection to their former lives.

Finally, with over half of the original disciples dying whilst trying to complete the ceremonial like ritual, the end result is fantastic. Only the strongest are able to make it through, and with little cost to the Clan since many of the disciples were originally Force using refugees. The Dark Jedi Knights who are created are some of the most feared in the Brotherhood and some can even match the strength of highly ranked equite Dark Jedi.
===Initiation Ritual===

A disciple may assume that once their rigorous training is complete, they have been fully integrated into the Disciples of Dreypa, but this is not the case. As disciples must have nothing that could possibly cloud their judgement, disciples are either wiped of all outside memories, leaving only basic and important ones, or their outside possessions or family are slaughtered. Following this, they face numerous physical and mental tests to ensure that they are up to the standards that the Dread Lord has put in place. After the ritual, a ceremony will take place where the disciples who have passed the ritual are handed a lightsaber and given the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

== Base of Operations - The Sanctum ==

The Sanctum acts as the main training center for the disciples. Here they have access to all the training equipment needed to further develop their knowledge of Brotherhood history, combat prowess, and the ways of Clan Plagueis. The Sanctum is split into several sections and is located in designated sections in the bowels of the NSD ''Ascendancy'' where the Left Wing of Dread is able to keep a close eye on the training of the disciples.

===The Void===

This is where the disciples are taught to wield and harness the power of the Force. There is no limit to the power one can obtain within the Void as Force barriers are operating within the vicinity. To gain access to the Void however, one must reach the rank of Apprentice by passing the Test of Lore. Through this, the equite ranks of the Brotherhood will understand that the disciple is ready to be inserted within its harsh Force training regime.

===The Pit===

The Pit is the most famous of all the Plagueian combat arenas within the Ascendancy. Within its walls, disciples are encouraged to practice combat techniques that they have learned and master them. Duels are arranged every week with disciples usually lining up to fight each other. Despite harshness that they usually endure, disciple against disciple duels are fought with training sabers. Even though one would assume that disciples suffer only minor injuries, this is not the case, with duels usually finishing with the defeated in a kolto tank for more than a week. Duels are a special event however, and daily disciples are able to combat several specially programmed droids in order to master lightsaber forms and the different unarmed combat styles. The ultimate specialty within the Pit however, is the monthly slave duel. In a short period of time, a disciple must destroy as many slaves as possible, the winner receives an award from the leadership of the Clan.

===The Mess===

Meals are few and far between. In order to maximize Force training efficiency, disciples are rarely fed or even watered. Through the power of the Force and meditation, one must train their body to go without food or water for at least a week. It is known that using the Force, one can survive without food or water for over two weeks, and still fight adeptly.

===The Abyss===

The torture room of the Sanctum. One could assume that this is simply to teach disciples how to obtain information from an enemy, however you would be wrong. Using state of the art droid technology, disciples are pushed to their very limits - cleverly calculated by the torture droid - and through this rigorous training they learn two things: The Force feeds off pain, it can make you even more powerful; and if ever detained, to feed off this pain to keep you alive.

===The Records===

The Sanctum's library and artifact storage facility. With no formal name, the library is known colloquially as “The Records” to the disciples. In the large area, disciples are encouraged to browse through the many scrolls and historical artifacts which have been collected throughout the years. Using these media of learning, disciples are able to dive into various sub-topics regarding the Force and how to use it, such as alchemy and sorcery. Despite all of this, there is only one thing that makes “The Records” special, and this is its holocron chamber. Secured and guarded all round the clock, the holocron chamber houses some of the most powerful arcana known in the Galaxy.

Under a continued heavy bombardment, [[Quaestor]] [[Tra'an Reith]] was forced to order an emergency hyperspace jump using the force to guide the ship. After completing the jump successfully and reverting to realspace within the Stygian Caldera, Reith realized they had stumbled upon a large object in space. It was only when the nebula distortion cleared that the Plagueian leader realised that it was in fact a derelict station.

When forces of Plagueis first boarded the space dock the sight that greeted them was horrible, the hangar bay had debris strewn across the floor, power conduits hanging from the overhead, and blast damage was evident throughout. The station's atmosphere had long since bled off into space after systems had failed. Skeletal remains, evidence of the running firefights of the Republic assault, were found in many sections of the station. With most of the database servers destroyed and powerless for a millennium, it was hard for the Clan to understand its history and origins and how it found itself to be on the outskirts of the Stygian Caldera. Engineers from the ''Ascendancy'' were eventually able to restore power to some systems and reestablish the station's atmosphere in some sections.

Originally serving Plagueis as little more than an isolated waystation and a place to start repairs on the ''Ascendancy'', over time the leadership of Plagueis began to see the station's potential. From what little was able to be retrieved from the station's databanks, it was obvious that it had remained uninhabited and undiscovered for thousands of years. The Stygian Caldera in which it was located made it almost impossible to detect at distances of even system scale, and plotting a course to the station itself would prove problematic for any outsiders. Tra'an Reith eventually decided that the station would serve as the perfect base of Operations for Plagueis, dubbing it The Anchorage. As a headquarters, The Anchorage gave them a secret base from which to launch attacks, allowing Plagueis to become a phantom army that appeared out of thin air to destroy their targets before disappearing completely.

All of the current living quarters have been rebuilt since Plagueis's arrival, and while most are not oppulent, they still offer some luxuries in excess of the bare essentials.

Knowing that keeping the station and the strategic information contained within was of paramount importance, they [[starwars:Force Meld|combined]] their power to create a great wave of Force energy, ripping the station from its planetary orbit and hurling it into deep space. The few that survived the journey eventually died when their supplies of food and water were exhausted, leaving the station to drift like a ghost ship for the next three millennia.

=== Rediscovery ===
The re-discovery of station was made in 36 ABY by Clan Plagueis following the final naval battle against the forces of [[Archibald Zoraan]] over Kapsina. With most of the [[Ascendant Fleet]] destroyed, only the flagship [[NSD Ascendancy|''Ascendancy'']] remained. Under a continued heavy bombardment, [[Quaestor]] [[Tra'an Reith]] was forced to order an emergency hyperspace jump using the force to guide the ship. After completing the jump successfully and reverting to realspace within the Stygian Caldera, Reith realized they had stumbled upon a large object in space. It was only when the nebula distortion cleared that the Plagueian leader realised that it was in fact a derelict station.

When forces of Plagueis first boarded the space dock the sight that greeted them was horrible, the hangar bay had debris strewn across the floor, power conduits hanging from the overhead, and blast damage was evident throughout. The station's atmosphere had long since bled off into space after systems had failed. Skeletal remains, evidence of the running firefights of the Republic assault, were found in many sections of the station. With most of the database servers destroyed and powerless for a millennium, it was hard for the Clan to understand its history and origins and how it found itself to be on the outskirts of the Stygian Caldera. Engineers from the ''Ascendancy'' were eventually able to restore power to some systems and reestablish the station's atmosphere in some sections.

Originally serving Plagueis as little more than an isolated waystation and a place to start repairs on the ''Ascendancy'', over time the leadership of Plagueis began to see the station's potential. From what little was able to be retrieved from the station's databanks, it was obvious that it had remained uninhabited and undiscovered for thousands of years. The Stygian Caldera in which it was located made it almost impossible detect at distances of even system scale, and plotting a course to the station itself would prove problematic for any outsiders. Tra'an Reith eventually decided that the station would serve as the perfect base of Operations for Plagueis, dubbing it The Anchorage. As a headquarters, The Anchorage gave them a secret base from which to launch attacks, allowing Plagueis to become a phantom army that appeared out of thin air to destroy their targets before disappearing completely.

== Description ==
=== The Station ===
Even over a year after its discovery by Plagueis, The Anchorage was still undergoing construction and repair. Approximately thirty percent of the space station had been explored and restored to habitable conditions, with much of the unused volume still open to the vacuum of space. The lack of full repairs was due to the attention of Plaugies being diverted away from more pedestrian efforts and towards the [[Dark Crusade|campaign]] against the [[starwars:One Sith|One Sith]]. Currently the station is still in a state of disrepair, with little else outside of essential systems having been restored.

=== Hangar Bays ===
The Anchorage has four main hangar bays with various other smaller ones. The sheer size of the Anchorage allows for the largest hangar bays to accommodate vessels up to the range of mid-sized capital ships. Only two of the main hangar bays have been fully restored, as the effort required is substantial give the scale of the facilities. Since the completion of repairs to the two primary bays was completed, efforts have focused on smaller hangars located in and near the sections of the station in use by Plagueis. Each of the two primary bays is used by Plagueis for a specific purpose, with the north hangar currently used for docking and repairing starships and the east hangar used for slave processing as it is in close proximity to the area of the station used for slave quarters.

=== Living Quarters ===
The living quarters are spread across the entire station, however with many decks still unexplored and even parts of explored decks still without power, most of the living quarters are located around the north and east hangar bays. The living quarters are simple as the majority of those aboard are slaves and are housed in barracks rooms converted from storage bays. Those officers of the Ascendant Fleet and [[Ascendant Legion]] that serve Plagueis willingly each are entitled to individual quarters aboard the station. The Dark Jedi of Plagueis are granted even larger accommodations, with those high-ranking members of the Clan being granted several compartments. All of the current living quarters have been rebuilt since Plagueis's arrival, and while most are not oppulent, they still offer some luxuries in excess of the bare essentials.

=== Slave Processing ===
One of the primary functions of the station is to process any slaves that are brought into the Clan. The slaves will arrive by shuttle to the southern hangar and will be immediately stripped of any luxuries if they have not already. The slaves are then taken to a large compartment flanking the hangar where they are evaluated and separated to serve as different types of slave. The facilities of Doctor [[Emar Xu]] are also located within the slave processing sector, his laboratories and surgical centers being vital to the process of indoctrinating new slaves.

=== Command Deck ===
The Command Deck is located in the centre of the station, and was one of the few compartments which stayed completely intact during Republic attack. The facilities within were completely renovated in order to serve as a main operations center aboard the station that would still interface with more modern systems aboard the fleet.

== Assigned Forces ==
While much of the Plagueian military can be found aboard the station in the down time between campaigns, The Anchorage itself has a small, permanent complement of soldiers. Two platoons of [[Ravagers|Ravager Enforcers]] are complemented by three companies of [[B2 super battle droid - Plagueis|B2 super battle droids]]. Given the lack of a civilian population to police, these troops primarily serve as guards for newly arrived slaves prior to their indoctrination. In addition, they are used to help in the training of new slaves and Dark Jedi. These soldiers are also trained to defend the station from possible attack, but because of the secrecy of its location and complexity of any approach to the station by an enemy they have never been called on to perform that duty.

===Behind the Scenes===
[[Misium]] is a character for whom Dan has been wanting to create a back story for a long time, but has not gotten around to yet. Dan's interest in Star Wars is almost exclusively with the [[starwars:Sith|Sith]] and the [[starwars:dark side|dark side]], particularly the [[starwars:Old Republic era|Old Republic era]] stuff. For this reason, it was always the intention that Misium would be a [[starwars:Sith (species)|Sith Pureblood]] living around that time frame. In fact, Sith Pureblood is the only species that Dan has any real interest in. This has created a dilemma in signing up for the [[Dark Brotherhood|DJB]], as Sith Pureblood is not a species option (likely due to their extinction by the [[Dark Jedi Brotherhood Era|DJB era]]).

For now, this page will depict information about Misium as originally intended, until something can be worked out to conform the character to the DJB world. The primary reason for creating this page before that was to be able to finish the Markdown 101 exam, which requires a character wiki page in order to complete the final question.
