Motto
“Unseen, Unheard, Unknown”

Purpose
The charge of Operation Styx is to conceal Arcona’s presence within the Dajorra System and ensure their actions remain shrouded in secrecy. Utilising a lightning-fast response, Styx erases any objectionable part that House Qel-Droma, or the Clan itself, plays in its many operations.

Associates and Rivals
Cecilia Morningstar
Race: Zeltron
Codename: Charon
Profession: Tactical Consultant

Beautiful, intelligent and frighteningly capable, Cecilia works with what little information can be gleaned for a job - and at lightning pace. She develops the key strategies required to complete tasks in the fastest amount of time and guides the Operatives to success.

The Triplets
Race: Yaka
Codename: Hecate
Profession: Data Analysis

Three unique youths of the Yaka species, these three were tasked with monitoring every possible feed on board the Port, filtering and passing on any relevant information. They reside within a sphere made of screens that allows them to constantly check for any red flags worthy of the Battleteam's attention.

Common Activities and Methods of Operation
Force Exposure
The first step to revealing Arcona’s presence is the discovery of the Force. Once a lightsaber is drawn no one can predict the level of destruction to the environment and the same can much be said for the use of the Force. Styx remains vigilant to these tells and is quick to remove them.

Witness Management
A secret is held best between two people - even better if it’s just one. Dead men tell no tales, after all. Styx’ members do whatever is necessary to keep the information silenced, by persuasion or force (or indeed, the Force). This can take many possible forms. Sometimes, a witness may simply disappear. At others, they suddenly recant, their friends and families looming under threat until they change their mind. Yet other times, the Fixers resort to simple persuasion or even bribery - Styx has a keen appreciation of the persuasive power of cash.

Infiltration & Evidence Retrieval
Epaxial though it is, Arcona’s monumental status as a Clan has cracks in it. On occasion the Clan has been the subject of unwelcome attention and scrutiny, from law enforcement and criminal empires alike. Styx’s specialists are trained in infiltrating securely held locations and retrieving evidence that is damaging to the Clan - and planting evidence to direct the blame where it rightfully belongs: on Arcona’s enemies.

Crisis Concealment
The job of a Fixer is not glamourous. It requires a level of attention that goes above and beyond the usual level of awareness, but it is this awareness that makes them key. A crisis can occur at any moment and it is in that moment that a Styx operative’s alacrity is truly challenged. An operative must attempt to conceal anything remotely related to the Force or Arcona itself; however this is often with limited means. It is more often the case that an operative will instead require the use of subterfuge, allying themselves with whatever agency falls upon the event itself in order to manipulate the conclusions. Their job is to then guide the investigation - by means of law enforcement or criminal gang alike - to remove any implication from themselves but also directing it towards their rivals.

Headquarters
The Broken Blade
Styx, befitting its nature as a group of outside specialists who can be called in on a moment’s notice, has a mobile base as its primary hub of operations: the former pirate ship Broken Blade. This ship is usually hidden deep within the Dajorra system’s asteroid field and is used for rapid deployment of the Fixers to any location they may need to visit. The team usually uses the ship’s shuttle complement to travel to and from Ol’val. When a base of operations is needed within the Shadowport itself, Styx often uses the existing facilities of Qel-Droma’s Phantom Complex. The various front businesses used by Shadow Gate infiltrators are rarely employed.

A young team, Styx has yet to establish a full base of its own on Ol’val. As some of its first objectives, the team aims to secure various Holds - should be small concealed locations capable of hiding Fixers and aiding them in the safe disposal of evidence.

The Basement
There is only one room beneath the cargo hold and it is aptly named the Basement. It is constantly shrouded in darkness and is completely off-limits to organic members, a rota of droids regularly visiting for maintenance and repairs.

It is here that a small team monitors their readings in plain sight of the Control Room, though few know what it is they exactly do. In general, the Triplets give specific alerts to any dangerous activity that could be dealt with by Styx and pass them onto the control room to brief active Operatives. They give the team an advantage that, used properly, can overcome most problems.

The Holds
The Holds are safe houses containing beneficial resources or terrain for Styx Operatives. The contents vary from emergency hideaways where agents find cover whilst waiting for hell to die down or caches containing useful tools, disguises and specialised weapons. These Holds are currently only in use on Port Ol’val, but as the Team builds its rapport within the Galaxy, they are expected to spread to the four corners of the Galaxy.

Equipment
Mostly, an Operative will rely on the well-armed caches of the DIA, though there are a few custom models optional to Styx Operatives specifically.

Drift
Deep grey in colour, this cloak helps the wearer to disguise the general shape of their body. It can change length at the owner’s discretion and is able to maintain basic shapes to mimic different body types. The material is a matt weave of a memory-stretch fabric, light enough to be worn with ease and take up little space when stored away, but substantial enough to keep out harsh chills.

MG-Tape
Operatives are required to use a small communications device behind the ear when out in the field. About the size of a thumb print, this thin, transparent device is attached behind the ear and feeds sound waves directly to the ear drum while simultaneously turning the ear into a microphone. Holding a battery-life of only a few hours, the device can be easily disposed of to avoid the Operatives detection from a pinpoint scanner or the senses of a Force sensitive.

The Founder
Augustine Deveire was a Corellian politician that had lived on his homeworld, Corellia, his entire life. He lived quite simply, with very little change up to his sixtieth year but upon the death of a close friend, after having been tricked by the Empire and assassinated, he found his eyes were opened to the Emperors malice and decided that it had spread far enough. He found the Enlightened, originally a group of esteemed colleagues that met and discussed current events and shared their opinions and knowledge with one another. Gradually, as the group saw that their ideals were mostly the same, they decided to bring more members into their group, stretching to those in lower castes and lines of work. Gradually, a philosophical directive became apparent as each and every member of the group treated one another like their equal. Augustine saw great potential in this and saw it grow as an opponent to the oppressive teachings and actions of the Empire.

The End of the Gentle
Augustine was executed in 20 ABY for actively creating an organisation that propelled false and improper propaganda against the Empire. It was broadcasted to every corner of the Galaxy, so as to ensure each member of the Enlightened had the opportunity to see it. Beaten, broken and filthy, their founder was beheaded after many weeks of interrogation. It was hoped that with Augustine’s death, the peace-loving fools of his community would disperse, but not all followed the light in the same way the Corellian did.

Widespread Forces
The loss of their former leader was felt throughout and yet again, the slow miasma of oppression poured from the Empire. Unbeknownst to the general members, there were several high ranking Force sensitives that were more than angered. They mostly followed the light side of the Force, although there were some that identified as Gray, and agreed with the teachings of the Enlightened to such a degree that they became Apostates of their original Orders.

It was from this group of members that a secret Leader was chosen to become ‘the Pebble’ - dropped into the pool of the Organisation to cause movement. It was in that moment that plans for militarisation began and a goal was formed.

Features of Inner Structure
A structure was formed over time, mostly to ensure the safety of it’s members. The leaders went underground whilst the rest went about their lives as ordinarily as possible. When a meeting was desired, those that had skill in slicing would send a Galaxy wide transmission that could only be decoded by it’s members. It was the only time that more than two Enlightened would be in each others company, as ordinarily the spread of members would be too far to enable consistent contact. The meetings would last for months, with members arriving at the meetings at different times to avoid suspicion. Mostly it was just a discussion between those of a similar mind, but the Leaders had other ideas. They taught the members that their safety was their most important directive, but that courage in the face of danger was important. Gradually it led to several kinds of training from hand-to-hand to explosives as they were taught to defend themselves should the need arise.
History
Moulded from Clay
Unnervingly, only fragments of data have been recovered in regards to the creation of Mks, but it remains a fact that his original identity was of an Arconan Miraluka, Maaks Erinos. Towards the end of his DB career, Maaks had a tendency to wander, without any indication of where he would go or how long. It seemed to others that he was slowly distancing himself from the Clan, until he didn’t come back for a whole year. There were no leads to follow and he was presumed dead.

But he did return, just not as he was.

A small security detail discovered him by a door in the inner sanctum of the Arcona Citadel. When they tried to take him into custody he killed them all, his white lightsaber cutting through them for the security cameras to pick up. Subsequently, one of the Arconae was made known and Strategos Thanatos Entar Arconae soon assessed the situation. It didn’t look good. Mks was unable to perceive anyone through the Force and seemed to have lost the sense of touch. Regardless of what they threw at him, he wouldn’t react unless touched. The hallway was littered with sliced bodies and once they had been cleared carefully away (Strategos refused to traverse the corridor otherwise) his future Master moved closer. As soon as he was a meter away, the attack began with lightsabers clashing immediately. His weakness was obvious however, and the ease with which Strategos defended himself was shameful. They lured him into an empty container and when he was confused enough to pause once Strategos concealed his connection to the Force. It took a few minutes of knock-out gas to put the confused Equite to sleep.

Crime Scene Body
Mks was handed over to a team of medical and cybernetic experts that worked to fix whatever they could. After their initial assessment of 48 hours, the head supervisor of the team called for an immediate meeting with the Arconae. The person that arrived was not who the supervisor expected. Timeros Caesus Entar Arconae stood before the smaller man and waited. He was told that it was a lost cause and that the costs outweighed the benefits. He produced report and report of the issues that stuck out.

From top to bottom he had been heavily tortured, as the little skin that was left on him was heavily scarred and rehealed. The only real skin that remained on him were on his hands, feet, face, neck and lower chest, the rest of it having been replaced with a messily connected exoskeleton. A lot of it had cut deeply into his muscle tissue, causing a continual unimaginable pain. His joints and limbs were stiff and constructed from a mixture of droid parts, again causing a continual aching pain. The entire team was baffled how he had managed to stay alive, until they had discovered the scars on his head. They had implanted him with neural chips to bypass his limits for pain, also limiting his personality to something barely enough to sustain someone. His lungs had been replaced by inefficient and very basic machinery and his tongue and voice box had been removed. The technology to replace it all was accessible but it was too risky. Either way, he had little chance of survival. Timeros took this information calmly and asked to be led to the team. They met inside the workspace and Timeros immediately killed the supervisor in front of the team, fear falling from him like a wind, only visible to those it touched.

The team was doubled and with an additional group of supervisors, they worked to normalise him as best they could. His flesh was covered in a synthetic skin, his cybernetic limbs updated and his tongue and voice box replaced. They performed a new endless amount of bacta therapies to renew the flesh and reduce the scarring. And finally, they removed the neurochips and awaited the Arconan to awake.

A Fated Return
He awoke at square one, a child. It wasn’t terribly surprising given that the chips had kept his personality at bay over a long period of time. Over weeks, it became apparent that his potential intellect was there, he just needed to remind himself. He learnt to read and write Basic at a phenomenal rate, but had to get used to speaking with a cybernetic tongue. His physicality improved in leaps and bounds, alongside many mistakes and moments of extreme mental tiredness but after months of hard work, he regained most of his senses. It was a joyful moment - but also a sad one. Maaks had gone forever, the person that existed as Mks was someone completely different.

From Past to Future
The Summit had watched Mks’ recovery and decided to put him to good use. The Miraluka proceeded with basic training and was soon competent in his previous talents and more. Overseen by Strategos, he was pushed to his limits constantly but it still wasn’t enough for the Elder. Mks’ connection to the Force had been suppressed brutally alongside his other punishments, and it had made him oblivious to the Force in his reborn state. It was explained and shown to him, but he had yet to utilise anything other than his Miralukan sight. The training began to become more difficult and much more dangerous until finally - he broke. His aura became thick with the dark side as telekinetic energy bounced about him in a medium-sizeed training arena. The destruction to the room was a monument to his progression and pleased Strategos more than he let on, a trace of a smile upon his lips.

The Force had returned to Mks like a geyser, and the following instruction in it was slight, if unnecessary. His strengthened connection welcomed him like an old friend and he explored it with ease in intense meditation, stretching his will into his potential like a well-worn glove. When he had fully embraced his influence of the Force, he sought out his new Master and took his place as an Equite of Shadow Gate.

Torture Tech
Upon observation, it was seen that Mks had been built as a monument to pain. His joints and limbs, from his thighs to feet and his shoulders to wrists had been replaced with old droid parts fashioned into cybernetics and were beginning to break down. There was evidence of heavy drug usage to keep his body from rejecting the bad tech too much, but when he had been found there was too little in his system to maintain stability. His skin had been removed and a rough exoskeleton sown about his flesh so haphazardly that the pain was constant and should have killed him. His torturer had kept him alive by the use of neurochips, extending his ability to cope with pain as well to reduce his personality to something akin to his droid body parts. He was not even given the right to express the pain, as his tongue and vocal cords were removed entirely.

Cybernetics
Once the old was replaced with the new, Mks recovered into his new implants with speed. His speed and strength settings were matched to his body to alleviate any stressors the technology would place on his already strained organics.

Physical Description
Upon his final bacta transplants, he almost passed for healthy. The synthetic skin looked almost real except for the light grooves where the material attached around the cybernetic muscles. His face was clear and his skin bright, the only technology obvious on his face being his eyes. The Pearls that Maaks once had had been surgically affixed to his sockets, the tops of which sanded down to a flat surface. His grey-brown hair now touched the bottom of his waist as it fascinated him to watch and touch. His shape had changed little, but the lack of nutrients he had experienced on his way to the Citadel left him bony at best.

As for clothes, he preferred things that hid his form. although the technology was passable as near-organic, he felt self conscious, seeing his differences in everyone he met. He stuck with a skin tight flight suit that covered him from neck to hands and his ankles and some light combat boots. A long, dark robe lay atop the suit and kept the hood up so that no one could see his face.

Psychological Profile
Mks matured quickly and under instruction from his Master minimalised his behaviour and expressions when in the company of others. He appears professional and removed at all times. He learned to be comfortable with distrusting others, having a distant take on problems so as to overcome them with ease.

Personal relationships were supposed to be kept within certain limits, though there were times when his innate curiosity took over and he would forget to placate his emotions and where others found it endearing, his Master did not.

The Force
When Mks draws in the force, he never feels more alive. His ability within the Force exploded into realisation after an extended period of carefully assessed danger and training, thus strengthening his love for its power.

He found that he excelled in long range uses of the force, manipulating friends and foes alike with Battle Meditation, providing support from afar with Barrier and calling forth bursts of telekinetic energy. When the Force is required for battle, he almost certainly falls into the medium to long range category

Combat
Long range combat is dominated by Mks’ Force useage entirely but his Master sought to round him out as a flexible combatant. Strategos forced constant lightsaber drills, improving it above and beyond Maaks’ old capabilities. It changed him the moment his lightsaber sprang into its full glory, his heart rate high and a permanent grin on his face. He was a virtuoso of excited aggression, every clash a memory of the distance between his own skills and those of his Master’s. It brought out the animal in him, fighting as if he were battling himself.
History
Moulded from Clay
Unnervingly, only fragments of data have been recovered in regards to the creation of Mks, but it remains a fact that his original identity was of an Arconan Miraluka, Maaks Erinos. Towards the end of his DB career, Maaks had a tendency to wander, without any indication of where he would go. It seemed to others that he was slowly distancing himself from the Clan, until he didn’t come back for a whole year. There were no leads to follow and he was presumed dead.

But he [i]did[i/] return, just not as he was.

History
Almost a blank slate compared to his contemporaries in the Brotherhood, Maaks grew up clear of warfare and tragedy, nevertheless, his future holds a touch of destiny about it.

Doldrums
Born to the adopted Miraluka homeworld, Maaks had an uneventful upbringing, kept safe from the ravages of galactic war by both the planet’s isolated location and his parent’s meticulous efforts to keep their family out of the spotlight. His mother was an artisan and his father was a local fisherman, which granted them modest financial security. There were few events of note, however this left Maaks feeling unfulfilled, frustrated and bored. Unfortunately, his parents were very, very accepting and any attempts by the youth to express himself through teenage rebellion were met with patient understanding and affection, further infuriating him. During the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, Alpheridies was kept mercifully safe due to it being secreted away in the Veil, and much of the Vong attention was focused on nearby Hapes, however Maaks, like all Miraluka, could sense the war raging through the galaxy and felt drawn to the conflict, anything to escape the mundane monotony of his life on Alpheridies. His chance came when a resupply vessel from the Arconan hermit fleet landed on Alpheridies, and he stowed aboard it, feeling an urging from the force.

Upon arriving on the Clan’s flagship, he was immediately arrested by the ship’s security and nearly executed on the spot, however luck once again shone on him, as the Consul at the time, Sashar Arconae, prevented it, as he sensed considerable force potential in the youth. Thus, his training began.

The Blind following the Blind
Initially, Maaks was sent to the Shadow Academy and passed basic training, as he was physically able and potent enough in the force to graduate, however all of his instructors noted how he lacked the killer instinct most Dark Jedi possessed. Thus, he did not make many friends there. Sashar, hearing that Maaks was in danger of being picked off by one of the more vicious Apprentices, called him back to the Dajorra System, where he immediately took him on as an apprentice of his own. Reluctantly, the Consul agreed with the Shadow Academy Instructors’ prognosis, Maaks did indeed lack the X factor needed to take a life and be a truly effective soldier, and instead sent him to Dxun for Mandalorian training under several of his brothers there, including Kieran Kodiak Erinos and Juda Kodiak Erinos.

Alone with the Son
Maaks made fast friends with Teroch, Sashar’s son and they trained together. Other than that, he spent his time improving himself, honing his accuracy and speed. Throughout the months spent training, he was pushed to his limit in mind and body but still refused to kill. Instead, he made an unspoken agreement with himself: that he would be strong enough to never need to kill or be the death of someone. He watched his body grow firmer and his connection stronger, feeling true freedom for the first time in his life.

The Stars Do Beckon
An old acquaintance of Sashar’s, Dash Kuatir, attracted the attention of Sashar Erinos. Having been a former lover, and a well known Bounty hunter, his sudden, blatant appearance attracted enough attention for Sashar and a squad of armed allies to investigate. Whatever it was that Sashar had been interested in turned sour as a firefight ensued. It ends in a death, a boy younger than Maaks and an apprentice to one of Sashar’s allies. The loss was preventable, however, and Maaks’ inability to take a life, even where his allies were concerned was the cause of death. Maaks solidifies his belief that killing is fundamentally wrong.

The Great Void
Specific documents ascertaining to the movements and actions of Maaks Erinos were cut short after a number of years. Few knew where he was, what he was doing - or even if his allegiances remained with his home clan. He was presumed dead until he mysteriously returned one fateful night.

Appearance
Maaks is tall for his age, wrapped in a tight formation of muscles meant for speed and agility. His hair is a burst of light brown at a medium length, and his skin is sunkist. He has been known to be embarrassed by his eyelids as it is unusual for his species so he chooses to wear coverings such as metallic visors or dark sunglasses. There are two black krayt pearls within his eye sockets, gifted to him by his master upon his Dark Jedi Knight rank.

Psychological Profile
Every impish, Maaks seemed to always have a brighter future on the horizon and took on every challenge as best he could. He was incredibly loyal to those he admired and was usually the one to stick up for the underdog.

On the inside, however, he was a mass of confliction. Having left the only life he had ever known, and by choice no less, guilt weighed over his days constantly. He thought of his family often, but the families in mind that caused the worst grief were of the people whose lives had been dismantled by the very Brotherhood he loved. The conflict made him useful, pushed him further, reached out to power in all of its forms to protect whatever he could.

The Force
Maaks’ connection to the force defined him from a very young age. There was no corner left shadowed as to his knowledge as he and his family worshipped both Ashla and Bogan, welcoming both into their lives equally.

This effectively solidified Maaks’ position as a Grey Jedi throughout his career and he had no qualms about dipping into either pool.

Thanks to his natural vision coming from the Force, Maaks excelled in hand to hand combat. His awareness of his surroundings made him difficult to hit, and though he wasn’t a heavy hitter he would employ the Force to enhance his blows. however, this did not make Maaks a close combat fighter, as he preferred to act from the outside and fully observe. His true talents lay in Battle Meditation, having been introduced to it by his master. By connecting to his allies, he synced with their personable talents and helped them to fight. Like a puppet on a string he guided them. Their aim was sharper, their endurance stronger and their dodging ability greatly improved.

Combat
Fighting never sat well with Maaks, and his fighting style reflected that; preferring to direct and support from a distance rather than inflict any of the damage himself. He utilised an array of Slugthrowers, Blasters and Dart Guns to give him maximum flexibility and rarely used his lightsaber if he could help it.

<div style="text-align: center;">The basic uniform worn by all non-security personnel is one comprised of flexible, breathable material blends to enable comfort and ease of movement. From day-to-day onboard activities, the uniform consists of under-armour that settles like a second skin, knee length combat boots and a tunic. The under-armor stabilises body temperature through the breathability of the material as well as having enough elasticity to stay fitted to shape whilst maintaining normal movement. The tunics are fitted to each member, are armless and come to the waist. They are usually trimmed with a colour specific to their station:</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">The combat uniform is the norm for all Security personnel and utilises the Peacekeeper attire in burgundy. It is also used by any crew members entering a combat scenario and has a few features to be decided upon in personal taste. Other than the colour, there is a choice between a simplistic flak jacket and short sleeved shirt or a long sleeved jacket in a similar fashion. There are multiple belts across the breast of the jacket and utility pockets may be attached. The pants worn are dark and pinstriped and are finished off with a pair of dark boots. There is also the option of having a dark trench coat in addition to any other choices.</div>

Krayiss II is orbited by two satellites. The first, Hakagram, orbits the planet at a distance of 247,000km above the surface. Its sibling, called Nakgru, is 249,000km above the surface; both of these are roughly 3,150km in diameter. The moons appear to be leashed to each other, most likely due to tampering by the ancient Sith Master of the library-temple on Krayiss II, as Nakgru leads Hakagram across the sky by 28,350km. This apparent tethering is curious as it means that Nakgru travels at a slightly faster speed to maintain it’s exact distance from both Krayiss II and Hakagram.

Both moons have entire regions covered in gigantic Sith runes carved into the surface. It is believed that this is what safely maintains the moon orbits. Further investigation has shown that at one time these engravings may have been large enough to be seen from the surface of Krayiss II under the right circumstances. Many of the runes correspond to some of the runes written on the obelisk atop the Sith library-temple.
Geography and Climate
Krayiss II is a mountainous and barren planet. Evidence shows that this may not have always been the case, however, due to the many dried up river beds being found by survey crews. It is however, not a desert planet. Its surface is covered with exposed rock and while it has many sand dunes, its lakes the large sandy waste areas typical of desert planet’s.
The planet lacks a large enough axial tilt to create true seasons. Temperatures are instead divided into two extremes. During the daylight hours temperatures can reach 47 degrees Celsius during the day; particularly around the equator. Temperatures as low as -5 degrees Celsius have been recorded during the night.

Cave of Jev Sunrider
Deep within a complex of valleys, twisted upon itself like a labyrinth is a blackened structure that even the sands avoid. Within this cave is a resting place of bones, each victim lulled into madness by a dark entity formerly known as Jev Sunrider. He once served as a Jedi Master and was the Watchman of the Darada system, attracted by the treasure trove of information stored within the Temple. He simply found the wrong artifact and was completely drawn into the Dark, rotting away in his delirium. However, such was his strength of will that his spirit lingered on, inhabiting the cave for thousands of years until his presence was one that the Jedi could not ignore. Three Jedi quickly arrived, ready to dispatch a Sith monstrosity. Their attempts failed and they were defeated by the entity that Jev had become. Their last effort was one that succeeded as they bound their spirits unto him through the Force, enforcing his guardianship of the Sith library beneath the sands.

Any who have ventured into the valley have reported strange sightings, odd sounds, disappearances. Many have tried to flush out Sunrider’s spirit, but it has remained, tenacious in the face of darkness. The cave itself is somewhat of a challenge, filled with pitfalls, twists, and turns, all in pitch blackness, utterly disorientating one willing to plumb its depths. And, at the end of it all, Jev Sunrider, the vengeful spirit, guided by Jedi, endlessly seeking to protect the dark secrets of the Temple.

Darth Zash's Outpost
The Outpost stands in plain sight, honestly displaying its deadly defense capabilities. With its team of maintenance droids keeping the plethora of defensive turrets running, only the bravest would dare to approach. Darth Zash herself felt confident enough to leave this gem of an outpost on a world so rough and rugged, confident in the knowledge that it would be safe. It is mediocre in appearance - four walls surrounding a pyramidal inner structure. The only access point is the roof which opens to a specific code, lost with the death of its mistress. There are four main turrets placed upon each corner of the wall, with a plethora of other hidden weaponry mainly consisting of particle technology. To combat the sand, but also achieve a form of adaptive camouflage force field technology is used to seal off the outpost from the surface. This also allows a certain degree of heat based camouflage, making it nearly undetectable through the day as the sand is heated by the sun.

One Sith Spaceport
Built in the year 34 ABY, this spaceport was the original resupply point for the One Sith expedition that came to Krayiss II. It has since become the focal point for One Sith forces in the region, due in no small part to the facts that it still operates as the main resupply node for Krayiss II, as well as the fact that it handles all inbound and outbound One Sith traffic. The growth in its importance to the One Sith forces deployed to Krayiss II has also meant that the spaceport itself has expanded as well, growing from a simple landing field to encompass a larger area so as to provide more space for inbound spacecraft. At maximum capacity, the field can hold a single Corvette-class ship (up to roughly 200-225m length), as well as a squadron of starfighters, although if there were no capital ship present then a combination of shuttles and starfighters or other smaller craft could fill the space normally reserved for the One Sith Corvettes. In addition to any fighters or other craft that are present at the spaceport, there are also a pair FPC 6.7 Anti-Aircraft Battery which can offer protection to the site. These batteries are light defenses only however, and point to the One Sith’s belief that Krayiss II is a relatively safe world for them to hold without overly much protection being in place for such a crucial site.

Around the what was the initial spaceport, smaller buildings have begun to sprout up as more permanent personnel were deployed to the spaceport in capacities other than simply operating the import and export of supplies. Mechanics were deployed to the world to provide the requisite support for the vehicles and machinery which was used planetside, while military troops and officers were stationed at the spaceport as both a ground-based defense force and as support for the One Sith expeditions deeper into the desolate wilderness of Krayiss II. However, more often than not the troops that were assigned to the spaceport ended up acting more like Military Police than as a fighting force, and as such the assignment was seen by many as a luxury one.

The Krayiss System holds five planets in total, one of which being one of the five sacred Sith planets, Krayiss II. The Nache Belfia, a hyperlane that passes through each sacred planet, kept the system connected to the Empire should the knowledge it holds ever be required. A great Sith Temple was built upon this world, a library of Sith rituals and ancient magic and although it is now devoid of life it beckons to the curiosity of many like moths to the flame.

Krayiss System
Krayiss Prime
At the centre of the Krayiss system is Krayiss Prime. The star is small and cool by stellar standards, glowing a deep orange. Had Krayiss Prime been much larger, Krayiss II, which lies in its habitable zone, would be considered too hot for most life to exist. Scans indicate that Krayiss Prime is around halfway through its supply of hydrogen, giving it many more millions of years before entering the next stage of stellar evolution.

Krayiss I
Krayiss I, is a tiny, rocky world that is far too close to the star to make any exploration possible. It is completely devoid of any useable resources, lacking even an atmosphere. The proximity to the star means that it is not even hit heavily by comets and meteors.

Krayiss II
:Main article: Krayiss II

Krayiss II is a barren, rocky world. However it is clear that there have been signs of life in the past. It is certainly habitable, given it is near the centre of the system’s habitable range. The only major drawback is that the planet lacks water.

Krayiss III
Krayiss III is an unusual entity. It is a gas giant that appears to possess no satellites. Initial attempts to scout the atmosphere for useful materials resulted in the probe being crushed under the immense atmospheric pressure. No further recon missions to the planet are planned, as what few results it returned indicated little to no useful gasses, other than a small quantity of water vapour.

Krayiss IV & V
Krayiss IV and V are virtually twin planets. Both are icy, middle-sized planets, many millions of miles from their nearest neighbour. The main difference between the two is tectonic activity.

Krayiss IV is totally inert, lacking even volcanoes, or other signs that it ever possessed such activity. Its sister world, on the other hand, is covered in volcanoes that constantly spout thick, black smoke into the atmosphere. The smoke cover is thick enough that it is nearly impossible to land a conventional spacecraft upon the surface. Probe scans indicate large amounts of water ice that may be useful for supplying extended operations on Krayiss II.
Moons
Krayiss II is orbited by two satellites. The first, Hakagram, orbits the planet at a distance of 247,000km above the surface. Its sibling, called Nakgru, is 249,000km above the surface; both of these are roughly 3,150km in diameter. The moons appear to be leashed to each other, most likely due to tampering by the ancient Sith masters of the temple on Krayiss II, as Nakgru leads Hakagram across the sky by 28,350km.

Deep within a complex of valleys, twisted upon itself like a labyrinth is a blackened structure that even the sands avoid. Within this cave is a resting place of bones, each victim lulled into madness by a dark entity formerly known as Jev Sunrider. He was once a normal human being, attracted by the treasure trove of information stored within the Temple.

In addition to any fighters or other craft that are present at the spaceport, there are also a pair FPC 6.7 Anti-Aircraft Batteries which can offer protection to the site.

There were few events of note, however this left Maaks feeling unfulfilled, fustrated and bored.
