==Xayun Erinos - Character History==

===Birth on Yaga Minor===

Xayun Erinos was born five years before the destruction of the first Death Star, on Yaga Minor, a staunchly Imperial planet. His parents were both members of the Empire, and their love of the Imperial order was projected onto their son at an early age. As a child, Xayun would listen to his father's stories of being a TIE pilot, engaging in vicious dogfights with the 'evil' Rebel Alliance. As he grew up, his hatred of the Rebellion grew - they were, in his mind, trying to destroy his home and family life. It was no surprise when Xayun wanted to become a pilot himself, and soon after he reached enlistment age, he was on the way to the Academy.

===Xayun: TIE Pilot===

Graduating from the Academy with his wings and full honours, Xayun was assigned to the Carrack-Class Cruiser Vindicator II. Embarking on endless patrol duty, he was angered at the rise of the New Republic and the fact that he was seemingly being barred from taking revenge on the 'jumped-up Rebels'. Then, on one such tedious patrol route, a group of Republic fighters emerged from hyperspace. Seeing his chance, Xayun shot down the attackers before the rest of his squadron had fully comprehended what was happening.
Over the course of the next few years, Xayun worked his way through the ranks of the Imperial Navy, eventually turning down a position in fleet command to continue flying TIEs. His career was to be cut short, however - ironically, with another patrol flight.

===Joining the Brotherhood===

An unidentified fighter had made it's way into the no-fly zones around Bastion. Xayun and his flight group were sent to identify the mystery pilot and, if necessary, terminate him. Watching the ship heading for the planet's surface, the squadron followed it down into the atmosphere. Once they had cleared the ozone layer, the fighter attacked, blowing away Xayun's flight group an causing the young pilot to crash-land on a deserted part of the planet. Regaining consciousness and finding the mystery pilot waiting for him, he was told that his abilities had attracted the attention of a group far more powerful than the Imperial Remnant, and that he could either take up the shadowy organisation on their offer of power - or remain stranded in the wilderness of Bastion. Intrigued, and refusing to have his life end now, Xayun accepted, and followed the man back to Brotherhood space.

==The Dark Brotherhood==

===Clan Naga Sadow===

Upon first joining the Dark Brotherhood, Xayun was drafted into House Primus Goluud of Naga Sadow. Coming into the clan at the beginning of the 5th Great Jedi War was extremely disconcerting for the young man, and he gradually faded from events. In two years time, however, he returned to find his former clan a changed place - they had new leaders, new members, and his former house had been closed by Malik Sadow during his time as Consul. Joining House Ludo Kressh, Xayun now tries to amend his two-year absence by working as hard as he can for his clan. As the Clan Envoy, he is in charge of overseeing new members to the clan, a job he tries to do to the best of his ability. His job as Envoy also brought him into a friendship with his Aedile, Malisane de Ath, eventually becoming the Sith Warrior's Black Guard. Now a Dark Jedi Knight and with his term of service to de Ath over, Xayun still remains Clan Envoy, although how much longer he plans to stay in the position, no-one knows.

==Characteristics==

===Appearance===

Xayun is a tall individual, towering over most at six feet, two inches. His mop of dark brown hair falls over one blue-green eye, and his usual attire is his black-and-red robes over a black flight suit or, more recently, white stormtrooper armour taken from his time in the Empire. He also on occasion wears an officer's uniform he retains for formal functions.
He has a small crescent scare running from the outside corner of his right eye, received in a training duel with his former master and Quaestor, Xia-Long.

===Combat===

Xayun is a master of the [[Makashi]] saber style. The finesse of the style greatly appealled to him, and he devoted large amounts of time upon reaching Knight status to master it. He is also proficient with blasters, vibroblades, and of course is an excellent combat pilot. Presently, a defection back to their origins ensued,

With tails between legs, the Scholae Jedi fled, 
But not all escaped without first being struck dead. 
Six conflicts I speak now, sure to be read; 
Noble Arcona robbed six Palatinae of their treacherous heads: 
 
Obelisk Blazer and Obelisk Morth cornered a pair. 
With a leap and a slash, Morth's saber did flare 
And cleft one in twain, as then did Blazer dare 
To slice the other's belly, a cut no thicker than a hair. 
 
To their ships ran another two, eager to escape their fate. 
Into orbit they flew, but followed by Sith hunger, needing sate. 
Shotgun and Shark, in their TIEs with the enemy did their sights mate 
And with flicks of trigger, explosive retribution did they create. 
 
And of the last two I speak, were felled by the powers of Krath. 
Sensing two that remained, Nighthawk and Voranyen released their wrath. 
Using the Force, the kind that comes from the Dark path,

==di Tenebrous Arconae==
The highest honour an Arconan can receive to be named "di Tenebrous Arconae", signifying both their dedication to the Clan and their past efforts in helping shape Arcona. Members who have received this honour are allowed to use "Arconae" in their name. The Arconae derive their powers from the Abyssal Tome, each one a guardian of the secrets contained within. To become Arconae is a long and ardurous process, the final selection chosen by the Consul of Arcona in consultation with the other Arconae.

Sunday Invitational Tournament

Sunday Invitational Tournament or SIT is the main tournament of the Dark Brotherhood. It is a gaming tournament, which is happening every other week in #DBGaming. Gamers get Clusters of Fire (CFs) and top five get 2nd level Cresents. Run by T:G, the SIT follows all RoC (Rights of Combat) rules. Gamers also gain points, which will be replaced by the credit system when it is completed. These points will go towards various things.

The d'Tana is a predominantly Arconan family, with ties to all three great Houses of Arcona. Founded by Voranyen d'Tana, he brought in several of those who were his Brothers in the Force, Alex and Koskian, and Gavin Dahl. Some years later Selene and Malidir of Galeres were both brought into the family, recognizing their value and spirit of guidance that they were providing the Clan. Lucius was the last to join the family following him coming back to Arcona.

The d'Tana Family has been a driving force within Arcona since it's inception, if not on the actual Summit at times, then in the Shadows, offering wisdom to the leaders of the Clan. Often it seems that those who are distrusted by this family and it's fellows do not remain in power or the Clan for long.

Over the last several years, and since Arcona settled in the Dajorra system, the d'Tana family has seen fit to expand the Clan's power base in any manner they could. Legally or otherwise. Mostly the latter. With the discovery of a type of spice on Eldar, Garconian, the d'Tana spear headed the initiative to get mining bases set up and a trade route to nearby Hutt space established. The Tana route has been a lucrative form of income for House Galeres, and helped fund many projects for Arcona as a whole.

Smuggling has been in the hearts of the Family for several years now as well, more often then not the personal craft of a d'Tana coming back to Eldar would show signs of battle. Never have we lost a cargo, nor a ship, and the heat of fighting off the 'good guys' of law enforcement is an intense draw to us.

In recent times, with Selene appointed Quaestor of House Galeres, Lucius appointed Aedile of the same house, Malidir's appointment of Soulfire Battleteam Leader and Galeres Envoy, and the taking up of Enovy and Quaestor of House Oriens Obscurum by Alex, the d'Tana family has taken to teaching the youth of Arcona. Some outside of the Clan see this as insanity, but we feel that they are learning from some of the best minds in the Brotherhood.

Great Jedi War

A [[Great Jedi War]] (GJW) is a level of [[Vendetta]] or club-wide competition. It is comprised of many smaller competitions, unified by a central storyline.At this level, Clans battle for rewards decided upon by the Dark Council.

==Past Great Jedi Wars==

There have been six Great Jedi Wars so far in the history of the Dark Brotherhood.

===The First Great Jedi War===

===The Second Great Jedi War===

===The Third Great Jedi War===

The third GJW ("Skin of Fire") was prepared under the reign of GM [[Archibald Zoraan]]. However, it actually ran in Summer 2001, after Zoraan had left the Dark Brotherhood. Its title derives from a powerful artifact body armor created by the Brotherhood. The Artifact itself is still rumored to be in the possession of the Brotherhood.

===The Fourth Great Jedi War===

The fourth GJW was prepared and hosted by [[Mairin Astoris]] in early 2003, just prior to the split. It remained unfinished after Mairin was demoted by the Emperor's Hammer High Court of Inquisitors and the results are lost.

===The Fifth Great Jedi War===

The fifth GJW was prepared by [[Trevarus Caerick]] aka Shan Long and hosted by him and [[Jac Cotelin]] June to October 2004. Its storyline revolved around an alien parasite infecting the Brotherhood members. The source was in the end discovered to be related to the Star Chamber.

===The Sixth Great Jedi War===

The sixth GJW ("The Enemy Within") was created and hosted by [[Kaiann Yetaru Entar]] from June 14 to August 30, 2006. Building from a mystery situation in which Clans seemed to randomly attack other Clans, even their allies, the plot unfolded to expose the Grand Master as having been split into two by a failed rite executed on him by an unknown source. Loyalties were questioned as the Brotherhood members decided their sides and ultimately split the Brotherhood in two. The warring factions were only stopped from mutual annihilation when Jac Cotelin managed to defeat his other self in a climactic lightsaber duel and a Force Storm. The war comprised 39 individual events.

This war was won by [[Clan Taldryan]] by a narrow margin in front of [[Clan Naga Sadow]]. The individual MVP (overall winner) category offered for the first time in a Great Jedi War was won by [[Lucius d'Tana]].
