[[House Exar Kun]] is currently one of two houses in [[Clan Plagueis]]. Named after the [http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Exar_Kun Dark Lord of the same name], the house is based off the former [[Clan Exar Kun]], closed after the [[Dictum of Two Skies|merger]]. The house is primarily a [[Sith]] and [[Obelisk]] house, and is currently under the leadership of Quaestor [[Godo Nurok]] and Aedile [[Ralph Vundu]]. It currently has one Battleteam, [[Exar's Shadow]], and is the home house of Consul [[Aabsdu]].

Previously Clan Plagueis' strongest house, it was weakened considerably after the last two Great Jedi Wars. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] the house was crushed by the [[Assault on Diadem]] which left alot of Kunians dead, although it has since then bounced back. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] however, House Exar Kun was to suffer an even more devastating fate at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong. Their home planet, [[Aerun]], was left a barren land, with the many cities and buildings totally gone. The two great beacons of House Exar Kun's strength, [[Diadem Fortress]] and the [[Ash Citadel]], were both totalled and little remained of the long history of the two.

===Dictum of Two Skies===

The once great [[Clan Exar Kun]] was weakened and in shambles, clinging to the shreds of its previous glory and honor as corruption began to spread throughout the Clan. [[Clan Satal Keto]] was in the same state as the once glorious Exar Kun, forcing the [[Dark Council]] to intervene. In its entirety, the legendary [[Star Chamber]] visited the remnants of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, and pronounced the [[Dictum of Two Skies]]. There could no longer be two fates for these Clans; they would unite now as one, and from this House Exar Kun was formed, so that the previous clan would never be forgotten.

===Exar’s Shadow Shines===

The fourth planet from the sun, [[Acarr System#Eden|Eden]], was the location of the once active [[House Byss]] then [[House Bane|Bane]]. House Exar Kun received a signal from the deserted planet and tasked Battleteam [[Exar's Shadow]] with investigating it. Originally, the House leadership and intelligence believe that the beckon signal was no more than natives intervening in areas they should not be. Little did they know it was much more complicated.

Upon arrival, Exar's Shadow was quickly attacked by what appeared to be Imperial troops, but turned out to be Tide pirates. After learning they were hear in search of a supercomputer called ''Firefly'', which is coincidently already been moved to Castle Frost, the pirates were all killed, and the beacon deactivated. In the final move, the battleteam ambushed evacuating Tide members and captured their leader, [[Alonzo Bodelle]].

===Abandoning Acarr, Jusidah Becomes Home===

In the [[Acarr System]], the sun was shuddering with anger. The great feat of the Star Chamber had distorted reality by merging the great powers of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, causing the heart of the great star of Sigil, which had already been unstable, to falter. The doom was close, but the Clan and Houses still had time to act. With great speed, the Clan mobilized and began evacuation, fleeing to the Jusidah system.

During the evacuation, the dreaded [[Crimson Tide]] returned to seek revenge for the defeat suffered when battling the old clans. The entire clan was not there at that moment, however, since many were already in the [[Jusadih System]] preparing it to be the clan's new home. Specifically, almost all of [[House Satal Keto]] had already relocated, and thus Exar Kun was forced to work by itself in defending the remaining cargo.

They fought galiantly while holding off the Tide, even managing to destroy their Dreadnaught capital ship, along with their small outpost on [[Acarr System#Ysgard|Ysgard]]. Finally, after around four hours of fighting, the Tide realized they had lost again, and started to retreat.

Exar Kun would not have it, though, and used the force to trap a large majority of the Tide in the system, where the radiation from the sun killed them. Those still alive quickly fled. With that, Plagueis left Acarr forever, heading towards their new home in the Jusadih System.

===Recapturing the Captured===

For months Battleteam Exar's Shadow, led by Commander [[Aabsdu|Aabsdu Dupar]], interrogated Alonzo Bodelle, but they could pull nothing valuable from him. One night, a small squad of pirates unrelated to the Crimson Tide invaded [[Diadem Fortress]]. They released Alonzo from his sell and stole blueprints to the Dark Tower on Jusadih.

Quaestor [[Braecen Kaeth|Braecen]] quickly sent the house's two battleteams, [[Exar's Shadow]] and [[Blades of Kun]], after the pirates. They chased each other for three days before finally coming to an epic battle over the planet of Dathomir. Blades of Kun fought the forces in space, while Exar's Shadow boarded the pirates' capital ship, ''The Treasure Chest''. Shadow placed bombs all throughout the ship, and detonated them while Commander Aabsdu searched for Alonzo. In the end, however, the team was forced to retreat as the ship started to fall apart. They left, sure that Alonzo and the rest of the pirates had been killed.

They were unaware, however, that Alonzo had in fact survived. He made his way to Dathomir, where he met up with the rest of the [[Crimson Tide]], and slowly they formed their plan to attack [[Clan Plagueis]] once again.

The [[Sixth Great Jedi War]] was a time of darkness for House Exar Kun as enemy forces moved to wipe the Dark Jedi from the face of [[Aerun]]. As the Dark Brotherhood split in two, rogue Dark Jedi of[[ Clan Naga Sadow]] convinced growing anti-Kunian forces on Aerun to revolt and assault [[Diadem Fortress]]. Realizing that rebel sentiments were growing on Aerun, Quaestor [[Scorpius]] made his way to the Aerunian Senate to put them in line. En route, however, his shuttle was attacked and shot down. Aerunian rebel forces, with support from rogue Naga Sadow Dark Jedi, then attacked Diadem. [[Jonaleth Isradia]] and [[Aedile]] [[Aabsdu]] managed to hold off the attackers until Scorpius crawled out of the Decarian Jungle, bloody and bruised, to help fight off the enemy forces.

In the battle, [[Blades of Kun]] were almost completely obliterated by the attacking forces and minor damage was inflicted on Diadem. The Kunians successfully fended off the attack and captured the rebel leader, whom Scorpius publicly executed before the Aerunian Senate as a show of what happens when House Exar Kun is crossed.

House Exar Kun did not have too much time to lick its wounds, however, as the Clan Summit called them to battle for Plagueis and the Jac they supported on Antei. Scorpius resigned as Quaestor at this time to pursue a secret mission the Consul had sent him on, and Aabsdu replaced him to lead Kunian forces on Antei against the rival clans. When all was settled, the House of Exar Kun returned home to Diadem Fortress, tired and torn but ready to pursue a new dawn of glory for Exar Kun.

===Enter the Yuuzhan Vong===

The house had since recovered from the events of the last Great Jedi War, and Exar Kun was well and truly back on it's feet. The current summit had been in power for many months now and things were looking good for the Kunians. Reports had been coming in for months on the incoming threat of the Yuuzhan Vong. It was rumoured that they were heading for Coruscant, and being in such close proximity, the whole Jusadih System was put on high alert.

It did not seem like they were going to attack though, and the Consul had said that it was highly unlikely they would target the Jusadih system anyway, so the Clan, and the House let the rumours pass. The Rite of Supremacy award ceremony followed, and the summits were all in attendance including Quaestor Royal and Aedile [[Jagan]].

The attack came during the ceremony though, when everyone was least prepared, and even the greatest of Jedi could not sense the Yuuzhan Vong. They tore through the Exar Kun fleet and the members at the ceremony had just enough time to escape and flee into the shroud.

Meanwhile, back on Aerun, the Yuuzhan Vong had begun bombing the entire planet and sent down numerous warriors to dispatch of the Jedi left. Sith Warrior [[Dismal]] and Archpriest [[Scorpius]] were among those left to protect the planet, but despite their valiant efforts, even they could not hold off the invaders and were forced to flee the planet as the last remains of the [[Ash Citadel]] and the [[Diadem Fortress]] were destroyed.

The attacks on the House, and indeed the whole clan, continued for nearly a week. The Yuuzhan Vong were relentless in their attacks. They finally stopped after the commander of the invaders was given new instruction for his mission, the planet of Coruscant, and Exar Kun was saved as the Yuuzhan Vong left for the capital of the New Republic.

===New Dawn===

In the short time House Exar Kun had been established, a great deal of activities and successes has become part of its history. The House’s success has already brought it great prestige and nostalgia of the glory days of Clan Exar Kun could be heard throughout the Diadem Fortress on Aerun. The House is more than ready to attain great glory; it is only a matter of time until House Exar Kun is given the chance.

[[House Exar Kun]] is currently one of two houses in [[Clan Plagueis]]. Named after the [http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Exar_Kun Dark Lord of the same name], the house is based off the former [[Clan Exar Kun]], closed after the [[Dictum of Two Skies|merger]]. The house is primarily a [[Sith]] and [[Obelisk]] house, and is currently under the leadership of Quaestor [[Cipher]] and Aedile Vithril. It currently has two Battleteam, [[Exar's Shadow]] and [[Blades of Kun]], and is the home house of Consul [[Aabsdu]].

Previously Clan Plagueis' strongest house, it was weakened considerably after the last two Great Jedi Wars. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] the house was crushed by the [[Assault on Diadem]] which left alot of Kunians dead, although it has since then bounced back. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] however, House Exar Kun was to suffer an even more devastating fate at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong. Their home planet, [[Aerun]], was left a barren land, with the many cities and buildings totally gone. The two great beacons of House Exar Kun's strength, [[Diadem Fortress]] and the [[Ash Citadel]], were both totalled and little remained of the long history of the two.

===Dictum of Two Skies===

The once great [[Clan Exar Kun]] was weakened and in shambles, clinging to the shreds of its previous glory and honor as corruption began to spread throughout the Clan. [[Clan Satal Keto]] was in the same state as the once glorious Exar Kun, forcing the [[Dark Council]] to intervene. In its entirety, the legendary [[Star Chamber]] visited the remnants of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, and pronounced the [[Dictum of Two Skies]]. There could no longer be two fates for these Clans; they would unite now as one, and from this House Exar Kun was formed, so that the previous clan would never be forgotten.

===Exar’s Shadow Shines===

The fourth planet from the sun, [[Acarr System#Eden|Eden]], was the location of the once active [[House Byss]] then [[House Bane|Bane]]. House Exar Kun received a signal from the deserted planet and tasked Battleteam [[Exar's Shadow]] with investigating it. Originally, the House leadership and intelligence believe that the beckon signal was no more than natives intervening in areas they should not be. Little did they know it was much more complicated.

Upon arrival, Exar's Shadow was quickly attacked by what appeared to be Imperial troops, but turned out to be Tide pirates. After learning they were hear in search of a supercomputer called ''Firefly'', which is coincidently already been moved to Castle Frost, the pirates were all killed, and the beacon deactivated. In the final move, the battleteam ambushed evacuating Tide members and captured their leader, [[Alonzo Bodelle]].

===Abandoning Acarr, Jusidah Becomes Home===

In the [[Acarr System]], the sun was shuddering with anger. The great feat of the Star Chamber had distorted reality by merging the great powers of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, causing the heart of the great star of Sigil, which had already been unstable, to falter. The doom was close, but the Clan and Houses still had time to act. With great speed, the Clan mobilized and began evacuation, fleeing to the Jusidah system.

During the evacuation, the dreaded [[Crimson Tide]] returned to seek revenge for the defeat suffered when battling the old clans. The entire clan was not there at that moment, however, since many were already in the [[Jusadih System]] preparing it to be the clan's new home. Specifically, almost all of [[House Satal Keto]] had already relocated, and thus Exar Kun was forced to work by itself in defending the remaining cargo.

They fought galiantly while holding off the Tide, even managing to destroy their Dreadnaught capital ship, along with their small outpost on [[Acarr System#Ysgard|Ysgard]]. Finally, after around four hours of fighting, the Tide realized they had lost again, and started to retreat.

Exar Kun would not have it, though, and used the force to trap a large majority of the Tide in the system, where the radiation from the sun killed them. Those still alive quickly fled. With that, Plagueis left Acarr forever, heading towards their new home in the Jusadih System.

===Recapturing the Captured===

For months Battleteam Exar's Shadow, led by Commander [[Aabsdu|Aabsdu Dupar]], interrogated Alonzo Bodelle, but they could pull nothing valuable from him. One night, a small squad of pirates unrelated to the Crimson Tide invaded [[Diadem Fortress]]. They released Alonzo from his sell and stole blueprints to the Dark Tower on Jusadih.

Quaestor [[Braecen Kaeth|Braecen]] quickly sent the house's two battleteams, [[Exar's Shadow]] and [[Blades of Kun]], after the pirates. They chased each other for three days before finally coming to an epic battle over the planet of Dathomir. Blades of Kun fought the forces in space, while Exar's Shadow boarded the pirates' capital ship, ''The Treasure Chest''. Shadow placed bombs all throughout the ship, and detonated them while Commander Aabsdu searched for Alonzo. In the end, however, the team was forced to retreat as the ship started to fall apart. They left, sure that Alonzo and the rest of the pirates had been killed.

They were unaware, however, that Alonzo had in fact survived. He made his way to Dathomir, where he met up with the rest of the [[Crimson Tide]], and slowly they formed their plan to attack [[Clan Plagueis]] once again.

===Great Jedi War===

The [[Sixth Great Jedi War]] was a time of darkness for House Exar Kun as enemy forces moved to wipe the Dark Jedi from the face of [[Aerun]]. As the Dark Brotherhood split in two, rogue Dark Jedi of[[ Clan Naga Sadow]] convinced growing anti-Kunian forces on Aerun to revolt and assault [[Diadem Fortress]]. Realizing that rebel sentiments were growing on Aerun, Quaestor [[Scorpius]] made his way to the Aerunian Senate to put them in line. En route, however, his shuttle was attacked and shot down. Aerunian rebel forces, with support from rogue Naga Sadow Dark Jedi, then attacked Diadem. [[Jonaleth Isradia]] and [[Aedile]] [[Aabsdu]] managed to hold off the attackers until Scorpius crawled out of the Decarian Jungle, bloody and bruised, to help fight off the enemy forces.

In the battle, [[Blades of Kun]] were almost completely obliterated by the attacking forces and minor damage was inflicted on Diadem. The Kunians successfully fended off the attack and captured the rebel leader, whom Scorpius publicly executed before the Aerunian Senate as a show of what happens when House Exar Kun is crossed.

House Exar Kun did not have too much time to lick its wounds, however, as the Clan Summit called them to battle for Plagueis and the Jac they supported on Antei. Scorpius resigned as Quaestor at this time to pursue a secret mission the Consul had sent him on, and Aabsdu replaced him to lead Kunian forces on Antei against the rival clans. When all was settled, the House of Exar Kun returned home to Diadem Fortress, tired and torn but ready to pursue a new dawn of glory for Exar Kun.

===Enter the Yuuzhan Vong===

The house had since recovered from the events of the last Great Jedi War, and Exar Kun was well and truly back on it's feet. The current summit had been in power for many months now and things were looking good for the Kunians. Reports had been coming in for months on the incoming threat of the Yuuzhan Vong. It was rumoured that they were heading for Coruscant, and being in such close proximity, the whole Jusadih System was put on high alert.

It did not seem like they were going to attack though, and the Consul had said that it was highly unlikely they would target the Jusadih system anyway, so the Clan, and the House let the rumours pass. The Rite of Supremacy award ceremony followed, and the summits were all in attendance including Quaestor Royal and Aedile [[Jagan]].

The attack came during the ceremony though, when everyone was least prepared, and even the greatest of Jedi could not sense the Yuuzhan Vong. They tore through the Exar Kun fleet and the members at the ceremony had just enough time to escape and flee into the shroud.

Meanwhile, back on Aerun, the Yuuzhan Vong had begun bombing the entire planet and sent down numerous warriors to dispatch of the Jedi left. Sith Warrior [[Dismal]] and Archpriest [[Scorpius]] were among those left to protect the planet, but despite their valiant efforts, even they could not hold off the invaders and were forced to flee the planet as the last remains of the [[Ash Citadel]] and the [[Diadem Fortress]] were destroyed.

The attacks on the House, and indeed the whole clan, continued for nearly a week. The Yuuzhan Vong were relentless in their attacks. They finally stopped after the commander of the invaders was given new instruction for his mission, the planet of Coruscant, and Exar Kun was saved as the Yuuzhan Vong left for the capital of the New Republic.

===New Dawn===

In the short time House Exar Kun had been established, a great deal of activities and successes has become part of its history. The House’s success has already brought it great prestige and nostalgia of the glory days of Clan Exar Kun could be heard throughout the Diadem Fortress on Aerun. The House is more than ready to attain great glory; it is only a matter of time until House Exar Kun is given the chance.

[[Godo Nurok]] is a Sith who was created by an enigmatic alien simply called ‘Kai’ for as yet unknown reasons. Gifted with the memories of an Imperial Admiral Doog Kuron, Godo spent years travelling the galaxy before joining the Dark Brotherhood.

Rising rapidly through the ranks to earn his Lightsaber and the title of Dark Jedi Knight within Clan Taldryan, he then moved to Clan Exar Kun. Catching the attention of Grand Master Chi Long he was soon enlisted into House Ziost where he initially served as Battle Team Leader. Becoming Aedile he continued to serve Ziost before Clans Satal Keto and Exar Kun were merged. Working with Chi Long he assisted in the creation of the newly formed Clan Plagueis and House Exar Kun.

His self-destructive personality and mental instability has often seen him come into conflict with authority and seen him acquire few friends however he does remain a popular figure amongst the general membership.

Enlisting into the Imperial Navy at a young age his quiet, calm and assertive nature made him rise through the ranks rapidly. Earning several commendations for his piloting skills he gained a fierce reputation as a combat pilot.

His inherent dislike for authority no doubt came from his upbringing, not afraid to comment on what he saw as bad leadership and poor tactical decisions he made few friends in the higher echelons of power, which hampered his career progression. Despite many who would prefer Godo ran out of the Imperial Navy he was soon given his first command aboard a Nebulon B Frigate. Rapidly earning the respect of his crew, he led several operations against local crime lords and even small Rebel incursions.

Unlike many of his fellow Imperial officers he preferred not to oust local officials and use heavy-handed tactics, instead using careful use of diplomacy and precision military tactics. It wasn’t long before he earned the rank of Admiral and the command of the Imperial Class Star Destroyer Jubilant

However upon the Emperors death several local crime lords and oppressed governments used the sudden power vacuum to force out and in some cases destroy local Imperial garrisons. A devastating assault was launched on Godo’s fleet, aided by several b-wing squadrons and local pirates they destroyed everything with Godo only escaping due to the actions of his loyal crew.

The truth however was a little different. An enigmatic alien known only as Kai instead created Godo Nurok how and why remains unknown. The memories in fact belonged to an Admiral Doog Kuron who actually died in that deadly final assault. Kai arrived on Doog Kurons ship claiming to be a member of the Emperors inner circle and sent to over see the Admirals activities.

When the rebellion made their fateful assault on the Imperial Star Destroyer, Kai massacred the command crew and sabotaged the ship ensuring there would be no survivors. Godo was thus born and sent adrift in a TIE Advanced where he escaped the final destruction.

He spent the next few years travelling from one end of the galaxy to the other with little direction he lived life on the edge. Selling his exceptional piloting skills to the highest bidder as a mercenary. The process of creating Godo however was flawed and was prone to bouts of sudden rage and violence. In addition he exhibited signs of split personality with many describing Godo as insular, others open and friendly. When not being hired by local criminals he would spend his earned credits patching up his now aging TIE Advanced or on drink.

The alien being known as Kai had created several clones of himself and decided to check on his ‘investment’. When he found Godo he discovered he had become a drunk and showed signs of extreme mental instability. Frustrated by what he saw as a total failure he decided to use Godo to infiltrate the Dark Brotherhood.

Claiming to be a member he offered Godo a chance at a new life and directed him to Antei. With a price on his head for unpaid debts and with no more work he decided to flee to Antei to begin his new life.

Upon arrival he joined the Dark Brotherhood and was sent to the esteemed Shadow Academy for further training. Kai once again appeared and instructed Godo in private in aspects of the force not known to the Dark Brotherhood. His training was brutal and harsh, more so than even those offered by the Shadow Academy.

Kai was concerned that Godo would discover his true identity and that the Brotherhood would become aware of him. In order to evade detection he taught Godo to disguise his power and mask his abilities from even the most powerful. One of the key lessons was never to show his true power. This led many trainers within the Academy to conclude Godo would be lucky to survive beyond its walls.

His first posting was Clan Taldryan, one of the oldest and most revered Clans in the entire Brotherhood. Godo had little chance to relax as the Great Jedi War had just begun. In spite of his best efforts he excelled in battle winning several medals and winning the respect of some of the most revered leaders, including the legendary Kir Katarn.

After successfully winning the Great Jedi War, Godo continued to study under Kai in secret and continued to make an impression. Twice earning the title of Cohort Pretoria and protecting some of the most senior Clan members. His successes soon earned him his Lightsaber and the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

=== The Birth of Clan Plagueis ===
When Kai learnt of Godo becoming Dark Jedi Knight he grew concerned that he was drawing too much attention to himself. He ordered his student to instead move to Clan Exar Kun where he hoped the ongoing turmoil there would prove a greater distraction. It was at this point Godo grew suspicious of his Masters motives. He did however obey and made the transfer and was assigned to House Ziost of Clan Exar Kun.

His abilities and talents were soon recognised by Grand Master Chi Long, but he was equally concerned about his abilities which were not typical of the Dark Brotherhood. Assigned to lead a Battle Team he continued in his usual style acquiring many notable successes in the name of Ziost. This was all the evidence Chi Long needed and promoted him to the position of Aedile.

Furious at what his student had done Kai fought Godo and almost caused his death in his rage. Despite this however he proved more than capable at the job. His prior knowledge of an Imperial Admiral allowed him to organise, run and lead the House to greater and greater victories.

After a meeting amongst the summit Chi Long unveiled his plans to merge the Clans of Satal Keto and Exar Kun. With Chi Long at its head he planned to forge a new Clan, one that would dominate the Brotherhood. This met with considerable opposition from Clan Satal Keto and the other Clans. Despite this Godo saw wisdom in creating a new unity and supported the motion. Clan Plagueis was born, with Godo founding House Exar Kun, in his former Clans honour and becoming its first Quaestor.

The memories in fact belonged to an Admiral Doog Kuron who actually died in that deadly final assault. Kai arrived on Doog Kurons ship claiming to be a member of the Emperors inner circle and sent to over see the Admirals activities.

When the rebellion made their fateful assault on the Imperial Star Destroyer, Kai massacred the command crew and sabotaged the ship ensuring there would be no survivors. Godo was thus born and sent adrift in a TIE Advanced where he escaped the final destruction.

He spent the next few years travelling from one end of the galaxy to the other with little direction he lived life on the edge. Selling his exceptional piloting skills to the highest bidder as a mercenary. The process of creating Godo however was flawed and was prone to bouts of sudden rage and violence. '''Virulence Saj Bezatyne''' is a [[Krath Priest]] serving the [[Dark Jedi Brotherhood]], more specifically [[Clan Plagueis]] and [[House Exar Kun]]. Born Saj Bezatyne on the backwater planet of Barab I, he was banished after refusing to duel his own brother. He then adopted the name Virulence, and started life anew as a bounty hunter. He worked for a while, but eventually found the [[Dark Jedi Brotherhood]], and was adopted into [[Imperial House Isradia]]. He has recently dropped the [[Isradia]] surname due to personal reasons, but still serves the interest of the Imperial House as a Bondsman.

==Character History==

===Virulence Rising===

Virulence was born Saj Bezatyne on the harsh world of Barab I, somewhere around 3-5 BBY. The Bezatyne Clan was a small one, but held cosiderable power among the Barabel Clans due to their inherent connection with the Force, an attribute rarely seen in the Barabel species. Saj’s childhood was one of strict discipline and constant training. The Bezatyne Clan were legendary hunters, and Saj proved to be no exception, showing incredible tracking skills at a very young age. Around the age of 10, Saj and his siblings were on a routine training hunt with their father when they were ambushed by a group of Bounty Hunters. The Bezatyne Elder was slain, but the three younglings, Saj, Kazic, and Kaiya, were abducted, and sold into slavery to the Hutts. While Saj and his brother Kazic were thrown into harsh combat training as gladiators for the Hutt's entertainment, their sister, Kaiya, was shipped off elsewhere; her whereabouts remain unknown to this day.

Over the next several years, Saj and Kazic quickly gained reputations as extraordinarily vicious and skilled fighters, defeating everything the Hutt’s threw at them in the arena, and eventually the cruel Hutts forced them to face each other in combat. Reluctantly, the brothers engaged in a sickening display of savage ferocity , and after almost an hour of all-out brutality, Saj prevailed. In the end however, Saj could not bring himself to end his brother’s life, and knelt before the Hutts in a plea to spare Kazic. The Hutts in turn, promptly executed Kazic on the spot, and spent the next 6 weeks torturing Saj repeatedly for his insolence, driving the young reptile to the brink of insanity.

Just as the Hutts were about to torture Saj to death, their complex was infiltrated by a small band of maverick Jedi led by the Barabel Saba Sebatyne. Saba freed Saj, along with the rest of the Hutt’s Barabel slaves, returning all but Saj to their home world of Barab I.

Upon rescuing Saj, Saba immediately sensed his innate abilities, and began his training in the use of the force, along side her son Tesar, and the Hara Sisters. It wasn't long however before Saj's dark tendencies and mental instabilities began to surface, and Saba herself began to second guess her decision to train him. Eventually, Saj snapped, losing his temper in a training exercise with another student, and killing the young Barabel in a fit of uncontrolled rage. Saba responded by using a Jedi technique intended to erase Saj's short-term memory, and therefore his Force-training, however she only succeeded in burying most of it, along with his identity, deep in his subconscious.

Banished from Barab I for his crime, with no recollection of who he was, Saj adopted the name Virulence, and made his way across the galaxy, using his training to land work as the occasional Mercenary or Assassin, all the while being guided by a force he could not explain.

===Into the Void===

Virulence spent several years working exclusively for a wealthy land owner and politician in the Hapan Cluster, accumulating vast amounts of money eliminating enemies and political rivals at his whim, which the reptile used to purchase and customize his Miy’Til Starfighter, which he named ''The Virus''. Though he was making huge sums of money, and gaining a reputation as one of the Galaxy’s most efficient killers, the Barabel was becoming restless, and he eventually accepted a contract which took him across the galaxy in pursuit of a target to the surface of Yavin IV. After eliminating the mark deep in the planet’s dense jungles, Virulence heard a sound he did not remember hearing before, yet instantly knew what it signified, the sound of dueling lightsabers. He followed the sound over a ridge where he witnessed a pair of Dark Jedi dueling on top of an ancient Massassi temple. The spectacle awakened something deep within the reptile, and he found himself compelled to follow the victor of the duel into the Acaar System, to the planet Elysian, home of House Ziost of Clan Exar Kun.

The Dark Jedi of Exar Kun detected Virulence as soon as he entered the system, and captured the reptile as soon as he set down on Elysian. Upon examination however, Quaestor Numaril Asfågeln immediately sensed the Barabel's potential, and with the blessing of his Consul, Grand Master Emeritus Chi-Long, initiated the Barabel into the Clan of Exar Kun.

Virulence began to rise quickly within the ranks of Ziost, making a name for himself among his fellow Dark Jedi in the Brotherhood’s Independence Games, and attracting the attention of his future Master, Lucien Isradia. Under Lucien’s tutelage,Virulence joined the Krath Order, submersing himself in ancient tomes of Dark Side history and regaining his memory through Krath Magic and Dark Meditation. Virulence became Virulence Saj Bezatyne, a combination of the cunning warrior he was, and the ruthless killer he had become.

===A Hard Lesson===

As the Clans of Exar Kun and Satal Keto were merged to form Clan Plagueis, House Ziost became House Exar Kun, and abandoned it’s former home on Elysian to take up residence in Castle Frost, home of the Clan Summit on the frozen world of Byfrost. Virulence spent hours on end in the Clan Archives, pouring over ancient texts and data files, soaking up everything he could about the Dark Arts. Soon after, Virulence finally reached the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, and began taking leadership roles within the Clan.

Virulence fit right in to his new position, and though serving under three different Quaestors, Warhunter, Arso Slyth, and Aerick Isradia, proved to be a capable and stable Aedile, keeping morale and activity levels high. Upon the sudden departure of Plagueis’ Consul, Grand Master Chi-Long, Virulence’s Master, Lucien Isradia, became the next Consul, and quickly wanted to bring his young apprentice into the Clan Summit as his Proconsul. Virulence was honored his Master had such faith in his abilities, however he had concerns as to his lack of experience in a Clan leadership role, and voiced these concerns to his Master. Lucien assured his Apprentice that he would be there to guide and teach the young Knight, and Virulence accepted, and poured all of his resources into rebuilding the Clan’s mainframe and heading several projects Lucien had thrown into his lap. Before the reptile could make any real progress however, Lucien disappeared to parts unknown, leaving his young and inexperienced Apprentice to run damage control on a restless Clan on the brink of revolt. Virulence quickly realized he did not have the experience to quell the uprising, and after consulting his closest advisors, stepped down from the office of Proconsul, and petitioned the Dark Council to step in and take control.

Deputy Grand Master Kir Katarn responded immediately, and after being debriefed on the situation by the reptile, took control of the Clan as acting Consul, appointing DJM Aristan “Sarin” Dantes as his Proconsul. Virulence went back to the House of Exar Kun, and assisted Quaestor [[Godo Nurok]] in the rebuilding of the House and Clan. When Plagueis was forced to evacuate the Acaar system on account of its sun going supernova, Virulence was one of the few sent to the Clan’s prospective home, the Jusadih system, to oversee the construction of Diedem Fortress, which Scorpius designed as the new home of House Exar Kun, deep in the Decarian Jungles of Aerun.

===Abomination Unleashed===

As Lucien’s Apprentice, the Barabel had accompanied his Master to the planet Vardor, in the Nox system, home of Imperial House Isradia several times. The first time he laid eyes on the magnificent city of Urd Nathen, Virulence knew his path would one day lead him back to Vardor.

Upon reaching the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, the reptile approached Clan Plagueis’ Loremaster, Dark Adept Jonaleth Isradia, Grand Duke of Vardor, and pledged his life and loyalty to the Imperial House Isradia. Believing the reptile to be “The Abomination” mentioned in an ancient Vardorin prophecy, The Grand Duke accepted the reptile’s pledge, naming him Margrave Virulence Bezatyne Isradia, and made him Panarch of the coastal city of Gar Thesalin, which had recently been thrown into a state of leaderless chaos and unrest. Virulence quickly took control of the breathtaking city, despite the populace’s natural xenophobic tendencies, and brought about a time of great prosperity to the rain soaked coastal city. The residents of Gar Thesalin in turn fully support and are fiercely loyal to Virulence and the Imperial House, and Adept Isradia rewarded the reptile by naming him Earl, and eventually Viscount of Imperial House Isradia. When his city was running smoothly, Virulence then had time to devote to his studies once more, and began to delve into the dark Vardorin Tradition known as the Ninth Order. Before he could get far however, he was once again called back into service by his House and Clan, as the Sixth Great Jedi War had begun with the emergence of two Grand Masters. Virulence fought viciously along side his dark brethren, proving himself a major factor in at least three separate battles. At the end of the Sixth Great Jedi War, Virulence suddenly left Clan Plagueis once more, and officially went rouge, but not before receiving an elevation to the rank of Krath Priest for his efforts in the war.

Virulence returned to Gar Thesalin to pursue his studies in the Ninth Order, and though he has not been seen in Brotherhood space for some time, keeps a close eye on his friends from afar.

Virulence acquired this Miy’til starfighter while working for a man in the Hapan Cluster, just before discovering the Brotherhood, and has spent a considerable amount of time, and a small fortune upgrading certain aspects of the ship to the specifications of Prince Isolder’s legendary ''Storm''.

Each wing is tipped with an ion cannon, and the nose holds a set of triple-linked laser cannons and a mini-concussion missile-launcher with bay of ten missiles. ''The Virus'' employs an R2 astromech droid to assist with in-flight operations and navigation. The four Incom 6X4 fusial thrust engines have been rebuilt with modified Tykannin class-4 power converters to give the ship the sub-light speed of a Tie Interceptor, and the ship is equipped with four banks of nordoxicon 38 anti-concussion field generators. Virulence uses ''The Virus'' strictly for personal transportation, or in emergency situations, otherwise the ship remains docked in Diadem Fortress.

[[House Exar Kun]] is currently one of two houses in [[Clan Plagueis]]. Named after the [http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Exar_Kun Dark Lord of the same name], the house is based off the former [[Clan Exar Kun]], closed after the [[Dictum of Two Skies|merger]]. The house is primarily a [[Sith]] and [[Obelisk]] house, and is currently under the leadership of Quaestor [[Cipher]] and Aedile Vithril. It currently has two Battleteam, [[Exar's Shadow]] and [[Blades of Kun]], and is the home house of Consul [[Aabsdu]].

Previously Clan Plagueis' strongest house, it was weakened considerably after the last two Great Jedi Wars. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] the house was crushed by the [[Assault on Diadem]] which left alot of Kunians dead, although it has since then bounced back. During the [[Seventh Great Jedi War]] however, House Exar Kun was to suffer an even more devastating fate at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong. Their home planet, [[Aerun]], was left a barren land, with the many cities and buildings totally gone. The two great beacons of House Exar Kun's strength, [[Diadem Fortress]] and the [[Ash Citadel]], were both totalled and little remained of the long history of the two.

===Dictum of Two Skies===

The once great [[Clan Exar Kun]] was weakened and in shambles, clinging to the shreds of its previous glory and honor as corruption began to spread throughout the Clan. [[Clan Satal Keto]] was in the same state as the once glorious Exar Kun, forcing the [[Dark Council]] to intervene. In its entirety, the legendary [[Star Chamber]] visited the remnants of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, and pronounced the [[Dictum of Two Skies]]. There could no longer be two fates for these Clans; they would unite now as one, and from this House Exar Kun was formed, so that the previous clan would never be forgotten.

===Exar’s Shadow Shines===

The fourth planet from the sun, [[Acarr System#Eden|Eden]], was the location of the once active [[House Byss]] then [[House Bane|Bane]]. House Exar Kun received a signal from the deserted planet and tasked Battleteam [[Exar's Shadow]] with investigating it. Originally, the House leadership and intelligence believe that the beckon signal was no more than natives intervening in areas they should not be. Little did they know it was much more complicated.

Upon arrival, Exar's Shadow was quickly attacked by what appeared to be Imperial troops, but turned out to be Tide pirates. After learning they were hear in search of a supercomputer called ''Firefly'', which is coincidently already been moved to Castle Frost, the pirates were all killed, and the beacon deactivated. In the final move, the battleteam ambushed evacuating Tide members and captured their leader, [[Alonzo Bodelle]].

===Abandoning Acarr, Jusidah Becomes Home===

In the [[Acarr System]], the sun was shuddering with anger. The great feat of the Star Chamber had distorted reality by merging the great powers of Exar Kun and Satal Keto, causing the heart of the great star of Sigil, which had already been unstable, to falter. The doom was close, but the Clan and Houses still had time to act. With great speed, the Clan mobilized and began evacuation, fleeing to the Jusidah system.

During the evacuation, the dreaded [[Crimson Tide]] returned to seek revenge for the defeat suffered when battling the old clans. The entire clan was not there at that moment, however, since many were already in the [[Jusadih System]] preparing it to be the clan's new home. Specifically, almost all of [[House Satal Keto]] had already relocated, and thus Exar Kun was forced to work by itself in defending the remaining cargo.

They fought galiantly while holding off the Tide, even managing to destroy their Dreadnaught capital ship, along with their small outpost on [[Acarr System#Ysgard|Ysgard]]. Finally, after around four hours of fighting, the Tide realized they had lost again, and started to retreat.

Exar Kun would not have it, though, and used the force to trap a large majority of the Tide in the system, where the radiation from the sun killed them. Those still alive quickly fled. With that, Plagueis left Acarr forever, heading towards their new home in the Jusadih System.

===Recapturing the Captured===

For months Battleteam Exar's Shadow, led by Commander [[Aabsdu|Aabsdu Dupar]], interrogated Alonzo Bodelle, but they could pull nothing valuable from him. One night, a small squad of pirates unrelated to the Crimson Tide invaded [[Diadem Fortress]]. They released Alonzo from his sell and stole blueprints to the Dark Tower on Jusadih.

Quaestor [[Braecen Kaeth|Braecen]] quickly sent the house's two battleteams, [[Exar's Shadow]] and [[Blades of Kun]], after the pirates. They chased each other for three days before finally coming to an epic battle over the planet of Dathomir. Blades of Kun fought the forces in space, while Exar's Shadow boarded the pirates' capital ship, ''The Treasure Chest''. Shadow placed bombs all throughout the ship, and detonated them while Commander Aabsdu searched for Alonzo. In the end, however, the team was forced to retreat as the ship started to fall apart. They left, sure that Alonzo and the rest of the pirates had been killed.

They were unaware, however, that Alonzo had in fact survived. He made his way to Dathomir, where he met up with the rest of the [[Crimson Tide]], and slowly they formed their plan to attack [[Clan Plagueis]] once again.

===Great Jedi War===

The [[Sixth Great Jedi War]] was a time of darkness for House Exar Kun as enemy forces moved to wipe the Dark Jedi from the face of [[Aerun]]. As the Dark Brotherhood split in two, rogue Dark Jedi of[[ Clan Naga Sadow]] convinced growing anti-Kunian forces on Aerun to revolt and assault [[Diadem Fortress]]. Realizing that rebel sentiments were growing on Aerun, Quaestor [[Scorpius]] made his way to the Aerunian Senate to put them in line. En route, however, his shuttle was attacked and shot down. Aerunian rebel forces, with support from rogue Naga Sadow Dark Jedi, then attacked Diadem. [[Jonaleth Isradia]] and [[Aedile]] [[Aabsdu]] managed to hold off the attackers until Scorpius crawled out of the Decarian Jungle, bloody and bruised, to help fight off the enemy forces.

In the battle, [[Blades of Kun]] were almost completely obliterated by the attacking forces and minor damage was inflicted on Diadem. The Kunians successfully fended off the attack and captured the rebel leader, whom Scorpius publicly executed before the Aerunian Senate as a show of what happens when House Exar Kun is crossed.

House Exar Kun did not have too much time to lick its wounds, however, as the Clan Summit called them to battle for Plagueis and the Jac they supported on Antei. Scorpius resigned as Quaestor at this time to pursue a secret mission the Consul had sent him on, and Aabsdu replaced him to lead Kunian forces on Antei against the rival clans. When all was settled, the House of Exar Kun returned home to Diadem Fortress, tired and torn but ready to pursue a new dawn of glory for Exar Kun.

===Enter the Yuuzhan Vong===

The house had since recovered from the events of the last Great Jedi War, and Exar Kun was well and truly back on it's feet. The current summit had been in power for many months now and things were looking good for the Kunians. Reports had been coming in for months on the incoming threat of the Yuuzhan Vong. It was rumoured that they were heading for Coruscant, and being in such close proximity, the whole Jusadih System was put on high alert.

It did not seem like they were going to attack though, and the Consul had said that it was highly unlikely they would target the Jusadih system anyway, so the Clan, and the House let the rumours pass. The Rite of Supremacy award ceremony followed, and the summits were all in attendance including Quaestor Royal and Aedile [[Jagan]].

The attack came during the ceremony though, when everyone was least prepared, and even the greatest of Jedi could not sense the Yuuzhan Vong. They tore through the Exar Kun fleet and the members at the ceremony had just enough time to escape and flee into the shroud.

Meanwhile, back on Aerun, the Yuuzhan Vong had begun bombing the entire planet and sent down numerous warriors to dispatch of the Jedi left. Sith Warrior [[Dismal]] and Archpriest [[Scorpius]] were among those left to protect the planet, but despite their valiant efforts, even they could not hold off the invaders and were forced to flee the planet as the last remains of the [[Ash Citadel]] and the [[Diadem Fortress]] were destroyed.

The attacks on the House, and indeed the whole clan, continued for nearly a week. The Yuuzhan Vong were relentless in their attacks. They finally stopped after the commander of the invaders was given new instruction for his mission, the planet of Coruscant, and Exar Kun was saved as the Yuuzhan Vong left for the capital of the New Republic.

===New Dawn===

In the short time House Exar Kun had been established, a great deal of activities and successes has become part of its history. The House’s success has already brought it great prestige and nostalgia of the glory days of Clan Exar Kun could be heard throughout the Diadem Fortress on Aerun. The House is more than ready to attain great glory; it is only a matter of time until House Exar Kun is given the chance.

They chased each other for three days before finally coming to an epic battle over the planet of Dathomir. Blades of Kun fought the forces in space, while Exar's Shadow boarded the pirates' capital ship, ''The Treasure Chest''. Shadow placed bombs all throughout the ship, and detonated them while Commander Aabsdu searched for Alonzo. In the end, however, the team was forced to retreat as the ship started to fall apart. They left, sure that Alonzo and the rest of the pirates had been killed.

They were unaware, however, that Alonzo had in fact survived. He made his way to Dathomir, where he met up with the rest of the [[Crimson Tide]], and slowly they formed their plan to attack [[Clan Plagueis]] once again.

===Great Jedi War===

Main Article: [[Assault on Diadem]]

The [[Sixth Great Jedi War]] was a time of darkness for House Exar Kun as enemy forces moved to wipe the Dark Jedi from the face of [[Aerun]]. As the Dark Brotherhood split in two, rogue Dark Jedi of[[ Clan Naga Sadow]] convinced growing anti-Kunian forces on Aerun to revolt and assault [[Diadem Fortress]]. Realizing that rebel sentiments were growing on Aerun, Quaestor [[Scorpius]] made his way to the Aerunian Senate to put them in line. En route, however, his shuttle was attacked and shot down. Aerunian rebel forces, with support from rogue Naga Sadow Dark Jedi, then attacked Diadem. [[Jonaleth Isradia]] and [[Aedile]] [[Aabsdu]] managed to hold off the attackers until Scorpius crawled out of the Decarian Jungle, bloody and bruised, to help fight off the enemy forces.

In the battle, [[Blades of Kun]] were almost completely obliterated by the attacking forces and minor damage was inflicted on Diadem. The Kunians successfully fended off the attack and captured the rebel leader, whom Scorpius publicly executed before the Aerunian Senate as a show of what happens when House Exar Kun is crossed.

House Exar Kun did not have too much time to lick its wounds, however, as the Clan Summit called them to battle for Plagueis and the Jac they supported on Antei. Scorpius resigned as Quaestor at this time to pursue a secret mission the Consul had sent him on, and Aabsdu replaced him to lead Kunian forces on Antei against the rival clans. When all was settled, the House of Exar Kun returned home to Diadem Fortress, tired and torn but ready to pursue a new dawn of glory for Exar Kun.

===Enter the Yuuzhan Vong===

The house had since recovered from the events of the last Great Jedi War, and Exar Kun was well and truly back on it's feet. The current summit had been in power for many months now and things were looking good for the Kunians. Reports had been coming in for months on the incoming threat of the Yuuzhan Vong. It was rumoured that they were heading for Coruscant, and being in such close proximity, the whole Jusadih System was put on high alert.

It did not seem like they were going to attack though, and the Consul had said that it was highly unlikely they would target the Jusadih system anyway, so the Clan, and the House let the rumours pass. The Rite of Supremacy award ceremony followed, and the summits were all in attendance including Quaestor Royal and Aedile [[Jagan]].

The attack came during the ceremony though, when everyone was least prepared, and even the greatest of Jedi could not sense the Yuuzhan Vong. They tore through the Exar Kun fleet and the members at the ceremony had just enough time to escape and flee into the shroud.

Meanwhile, back on Aerun, the Yuuzhan Vong had begun bombing the entire planet and sent down numerous warriors to dispatch of the Jedi left. Sith Warrior [[Dismal]] and Archpriest [[Scorpius]] were among those left to protect the planet, but despite their valiant efforts, even they could not hold off the invaders and were forced to flee the planet as the last remains of the [[Ash Citadel]] and the [[Diadem Fortress]] were destroyed.

The attacks on the House, and indeed the whole clan, continued for nearly a week. The Yuuzhan Vong were relentless in their attacks. They finally stopped after the commander of the invaders was given new instruction for his mission, the planet of Coruscant, and Exar Kun was saved as the Yuuzhan Vong left for the capital of the New Republic.

===New Dawn===

In the short time House Exar Kun had been established, a great deal of activities and successes has become part of its history. The House’s success has already brought it great prestige and nostalgia of the glory days of Clan Exar Kun could be heard throughout the Diadem Fortress on Aerun. The House is more than ready to attain great glory; it is only a matter of time until House Exar Kun is given the chance.
