He would be their only child. When he was 15 years old his father refused to pay the Black Sun the protection money they demanded from him. On accounts that he needed to feed his family. When the Enforcer didn't like what he was hearing he shot his father in the chest before moving to the back of the shop where Serra was alone and she was brutally used and then murdered by the Black Sun Enforcers. Dev'err walked home later that day from his day at school. And when he saw this he was angered the provisional government didn't help him. He had to survive on his own. He would stalk and prey the lower end goons of Black Sun whenever he had the oppertunity. A natural at firing a blaster. He managed to not get caught; but it didn't help his personality too much.<br />
