Character History
Early Life
Debric was born on Alderaan to Philip and Jarael Santhe. As son of Santhe/Sienar's largest shareholder, Debric lived a life of luxury. Unlike most wealthy heirs, however, Debric never became an uptight snob. In fact, this is probably why he had few friends at his private school. He hated his peers because they lived in such a sheltered life. Debric would constantly see the crime and suffering that went on in the galaxy, and decided to do something about it.

The Empire
At age eighteen, Debric left home on an appointment to the Imperial Academy. His father, furious with the decision, removed Debric from his will.

Still, Debric went on and graduated in the top five of his class at the Academy, and was immediately recruited by Imperial Intelligence’s Internal Organization after graduation.

Alderaan was destroyed when Santhe was twenty years old. Now a lieutenant in Imperial Intelligence, Debric knew the truth behind the destruction of Alderaan. He defected to the Alliance two weeks before the attack on Hoth.

Defector
Debric was in the command center of Echo Base when the Imperials launched an assault. He was coordinating the evacuation efforts when snowtroopers broke into the command center. Debric barely escaped with his life. He was taken off Hoth on one of the last transports, and was taken to the Rebel Rendevous Point.

Santhe was then approached by Admiral Hiram Drayson and was asked to join Alpha Blue, a section of Rebel Intelligence.

Santhe served in Alpha Blue until Endor. There, Debric worked on a frigate as an analyst.

After Endor, the formation of the New Republic led to Debric's departure from the Alliance. His work there was done.

Businessman
It was at that point that Debric received a message from his family. His father had just died of heart failure. Debric just couldn't bring himself to feel pain over the death of his father, mainly due to the problems that had befallen the two of them years earlier.

Debric was approached during the funeral by his younger brother, Kashan, who was the sole beneficiary of the Santhe/Sienar shares. Kashan had been secretly funding the Alliance using money given to him by his father, and had played his own father so that he would not be cut out of the will like his older brother.

Since eighty percent of the shares were held by Kashan, Debric's younger brother was now the largest shareholder of what was now known as Sienar Fleet Systems.

Although "officially" owned by Debric's grandmother, Kashan was able to give Debric a position on the Board of Directors for the newest subsidiary, Sienar Army Systems. This would give Kashan a stronger voice in the SAS Board of Directors’ decisions.. By making weapons for other entities than the Empire, the company would be helping planets earn their independence. Debric went to Balmorra to negotiate a deal with Governor Beltane. Operating without the Empire’s knowledge, Debric was able to give Balmorra enough weapons for an army, as well as war droids. Debric was still living on Balmorra when the Balmorrans fought for their independence. Although his home on Balmorra was destroyed, Santhe survived.

Alpha Blue
After Balmorra declared its independence, Debric was contacted by Admiral Hiram Drayson, who was still director of Alpha Blue. Debric returned to active service as a Colonel, although his family and company had no idea. At a board meeting for Sienar Army Systems, Debric announced that he was going on an extended business trip to the Lyarna System in order to create a trade alliance with the Bounty Hunters Guild and the other organizations that had taken root in the system. With the blessing of his brother, Debric left for the Lyarna System.

Bounty Hunters Guild
His real mission, however, was to infiltrate the true power in the Lyarna System: The Bounty Hunter’s Guild. Santhe’s job was to become a bounty hunter and keep the New Republic up to date on the Guild. The New Republic was content to let the Guild have the Lyarna System, but it was afraid the Guild would try to expand to other regions. Debric was to try to get into a position of power within the Guild, and notify Alpha Blue if the Guild was planning on anything that would threaten the New Republic.

Debric spent years in the Guild, eventually earning the title of Baron.

Eventually, due to internal struggles, the Bounty Hunters Guild collapsed. With nowhere else to go, Debric began traveling the galaxy.

Joining the Brotherhood
An agent of Clan Arcona of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood discovered Debric during one of the traveler's stops on the Outer Rim. This agent was none other than Koskian d'Tana, who convinced Debric to join the Brotherhood as a member of Clan Arcona.

Debric worked hard at his studies, and eventually earned an Archivist Droid from the leaders of House Galeres.

Because of the leadership and political skill Debric had gained during his years in the Guild, he was sought out to help form the new government of the Dajorra System. Debric readily agreed.

Cabal Cronal
Apparently, he did a great job because he was approached by the leaders of House Galeres and Clan Arcona and asked to become a pivotal member of the new Arconan Intelligence Service. This group would be named Cabal Cronal. With all of his training from the Empire and his experience in the Guild, his skills had become suited to political and intelligence work. Debric happily joined the Cabal, and also continued his studies of the force.

Knighthood
After a significant time had passed and sufficient ability was noticed, Clan Arcona's Proconsul, Timeros Entar, thought it was time to knight Debric. Debric built his lightsaber following his knighting ceremony, which he shared with fellow Cabal member Rho d'Tana. With his glowing yellow blade, Debric put all of his time not working on Cabal projects to mastering the lightsaber form of Makashi.

d'Tana
After working with and becoming close friends with many members of the d'Tana Family, Debric was invited to join the family.

Eighth Great Jedi War
Arcona was hit hard during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of Antei. Debric acted as a tactical officer for various ships within the fleet, but was severely wounded when Clan Scholae Palatine took advantage of the situation and fired on the Arconan flagship, Eye of the Abyss. Debric was knocked unconscious by a falling piece of the ship's internal hull. He woke up in an escape pod with a half dozen other survivors. During the rest of the war, Debric was unable to fight, but found himself a job as an intelligence analyst.

Arconan Reconstruction
After the Eighth Great Jedi War, Arcona began to rebuild. Mejas Doto replaced the missing Timeros Entar as Consul and re-opened House Qel-Droma under the leadership of Debric's old friend from both the Imperial Navy as well as the Bounty Hunters Guild: Xander Drax. Debric joined House Qel-Droma as a member of the Dark Inquisitors Battleteam.

Personal Property
Ship
Iapyx-Class Transport: Bluebolt

Unparalleled speed and firepower for a ship its size combined with a highly experimental new command/control interface make this craft highly sought after. The Iapyx is a ship unlike any other. The new control interface is actually a helmet/mask that is attuned to the owner’s brain patterns. With this unique method of controlling the ship through thought, the Pilot acts as the Computer, and also dramatically increases the piloting ability of even the greenest pilots. To supplement the Pilot’s mind however, the Iapyx does still need a Targeting Computer and a Navicomputer. This new pseudo-cybernetic interface does however have some drawbacks. Only one person can ever pilot it, as the user’s brainwave patterns are hard-wired onto the ship itself, and the ship cannot function properly without a pilot at the helm, making the craft completely dependent on it’s owner. This however does make the ship impossible to steal.

The ship is armed with a quad laser turret, quad ion turret, four FR-1 disruptor cannons, SSL Mk.I Interceptor, and sixteen seismic torpedoes. It is equipped with an Experimental AI unit, weapon frequency jamming beam, anti-cargo scan field, harmonics sensor, power dissipater, backup battery, escape pod, passenger pod that houses two people, holonet transceiver, comm. jammer, class x.20 hyperdrive, two CEC Evader-GT Ion Engines, long range sensors, corusca gem armor, a luxury stateroom for Debric, and two Quantum Particle Reactors to supply the power required for all of these modifications.

Weapons
Verpine Shatter Rifle: It was short, compact, and expertly tooled. The scope had an anti-reflective scope with no active electronic targeting measures such as a laser sight, making it undetectable by most EM scanners. It also had a multi-load barrel, meaning it could fire just about anything projectile in a pinch. The Verpine rifle was also useful in that like most Verpine weapons it made almost no sound when fired, The Scope had also been modified with a variety of range-finders and vision modes including low light, IR, UV and EM. Needless to say, this weapon cost a fortune.

Executioner Bombard Launcher:Using technology stolen from an experimental bomber owned by a pirate captain based on the moon of Lok, researchers miniaturized the energy bomb concept pioneered by the pirate bomber.

The weapon charges up and releases a stream of grenade-like energy bombs that fire out in much the same way one would use a hand-held grenade launcher, with the grenade tube being as long as a carbine and the grip being one-handed. Once the weapon has lost it’s charge, a small generator replenishes the weapon over time, giving a near infinite supply of explosives, however repeated firing will overheat the weapon so it’s best not to rely on it too heavily, as it is only a prototype.

The weapon has a polished silver chrome barrel and glossy black plasteel grip.

ZR-20.30 Rifle: The Z'Laan-Rackmrr (ZR for short) phase rifle is basically an infantry-scale 20 mW Tearlic 30 phased plasma cannon of Illonty origin. Weighing about 17 pounds empty, the weapon itself is around 27 pounds when fully loaded. The power source is a 15 mW Corligen fuel cell capable of 3,500 firings before refueling. The fuel cell drives a homopolar fast-discharge generator which stores power until it has sufficient energy to pulse the phase rifle's laser. When the rifle is set in its "pulse" mode the laser is fired at maximum wattage, creating an ionized trail in the atmosphere which is charged by the rifle's electromagnetic coil to form a solenoidal magnetic tunnel. The ammunition - Vhurlium Telleride pellets of around 5 grams each - is fed mechanically into the tunnel, where it is vaporized by the laser beam into a superheated plasma, which is accelerated by the magnetic coil to velocities of around 5,000 m/s. The plasma travels the tunnel until it impacts the target at a focused point, using its considerable kinetic and thermal energy for maximum effect penetration. This entire pulse/load/discharge process happens almost instantaneously. Because of the power usage needed for each shot, cyclic rate of fire (allowing for adequate cooling between shots) is around 60 rpm. The rifle's drum-style clip contains around 1,000 rounds of ammunition. Additionally, the rifle's laser can be set to "dazzle" mode, in which only the weapon's laser beam is pulsed. This can be done continuously and in a steady beam because the laser's power outage is lowered. In dazzle mode, the laser beam is continuously played back and forth across enemy lines in an attempt to blind them. This method of attack has been proven to be highly effective against vision-based species. Maximum effective ranged of the phase rifle in pulse mode is dependent upon the ambient atmospherics, but under ideal conditions can be up to 900 m. The rifle set in dazzle mode can blind permanently up to 500 m under ideal conditions, while temporary or partial damage can be inflicted at ranges up to 750 m.

Auricon EF-7 PPG: The term PPG stands for "Phased Plaser Gun." These weapons fire bolts of charged helium plasma, which is contained in a magnetic field. "Caps", highly condensed helium storage units, provide the ammunition and a nuclear battery in the grip supply energy to the weapon. Helium is ionized by a laser burst then a strong electrical discharge forces the plasma out of the weapon at high speeds. PPG's can easily burn through organic tissue, bone and metal at higher energy levels.

The EF-7 has three power setting, each setting capable of inflicting a different level of damage. Setting ONE produces a strong kinetic/electrical impact with little burning. This is often referred to as a "stun" setting as the strong electrical charge can render a person immobile or unconscious. Setting TWO is the weapon's kill setting, capable of causing serious surface damage to organic tissue. Setting THREE is the highest setting on the EF-7. While this can reduce the number of shots per cap to as little as four, this setting guaranties a kill and is strong enough to burn through metallic alloys.

One unique feature of the PPG is the bolt that it fires. Unlike a blaster, which fires an elongated projectile, the PPG's blast is a smaller, spherical energy packet. It also has an odd affect, seeming to visibly warp space around it. This affect is really an optical illusion, as it is the high amount of heat distorting light, much like a mirage. The PPG burn mark is more like a topical burn then the small crater-like burn of a standard blaster, and can be identified easily. Also, the "caps" can be harder to find on backwater worlds then the power packs of their more common blaster counterparts.

Knighthood
e

Mejas Doto replaced the missing Timeros Entar as Consul and re-opened House Qel-Droma under the leadership of Debric's old friend from both the Imperial Navy as well as the Bounty Hunters Guild Xander Drax. Debric joined House Qel-Droma as a member of the Dark Inquisitors Battleteam.
Character History
Clone
After the Battle of Yavin, the Empire was recovering from the huge contingent of troopers lost aboard the Death Star. Turning to desperate measures, Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader scoured the galaxy looking for more templates to clone for their army. After few successes, Lord Vader suggested the possibility of near-human stormtroopers. After extensive discussion, both Vader and Palpatine agreed that the Kiffar race was the closest race to human that they could use.

The Sith Lords searched Kiffar space and eventually found someone who would make a perfect stormtrooper. This person was the template that Debric was cloned from.

Debric was actually born with no name, but instead a serial designation: KCT-11388.

KCT-11389 was part of an elite commando unit that was trained separately from the main clones. After extensive training in both loyalty and combat on Yinchorr, the elite unit was taught rudimentary force abilities due to the fact that their template was a force-sensitive.

Only a month into active service, however, Lord Vader and the Emperor were killed aboard the second Death Star above the forest moon of Endor. Since the elite unit was known to so few, and most of those people were killed aboard the second Death Star, the unit was essentially abandoned.

With nowhere to go, most of the unit began to experience extreme depression. During the year after Endor, all of the elite Kiffar clones had committed suicide. All but one: KCT-11388.

The Search For An Identity
For some reason, KCT-11388 had a spark of independence that had not been weeded out during the training process. Instead, KCT-11388 began to travel the galaxy after stealing a ship. He arrived on Obroa-Skai, the library world, and began to learn about the galaxy. It is there that he chose a name for himself: Debric. He stayed on the planet for three years, during which he hired himself out as a bodyguard to the library world's rich and famous.

Eventually, he discovered references to the Lyarna System and the Bounty Hunters Guild in the library. Deciding to try out the life of a hunter, he joined the BHG, where he worked as a bounty hunter for over a decade. During his career as a bounty hunter, he earned the rank of Baron within the Guild.

When the peace accords were signed, effectively ending the war between the New Republic and the Empire, the Guild sputtered due to lack of business during peacetime and eventually collapsed.

Archaeologist
With nowhere to go, Debric began traveling the galaxy again, now at his leisure due to the immense wealth he had gathered in his time as a bounty hunter.

Debric used his wealth and passion for hunting into the field of archeology. Debric took jobs for various museums and scoured the galaxy for rare artifacts of countless civilizations. It was during this time that Debric enrolled in the archeology program at the University of Theed on Naboo. After a few years spent studying, he completed his program, which was flexible due to his artifact hunting, and earned a doctorate in archeology. After completing his doctorate, Debric stayed on at the university as a professor. Still, he continued to take leaves of absence to hunt for the galaxy's infinite amount of rare artifacts and various other findings.

Joining the Brotherhood
An agent of Clan Arcona of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood discovered Debric during one of the treasure hunter's stops on the Outer Rim.

It was only after his acceptance of the job that he realized his knowledge of civilizations, histories, and artifacts probably had more to do with getting the job than any other factor.

Knighthood
After a significant time had passed and sufficient ability was noticed, Clan Arcona's Proconsul, Timeros Entar, thought it was time to knight Debric. Debric built his lightsaber following his knighting ceremony, which he shared with fellow Cabal member Rho d'Tana. With his glowing yellow blade, Debric put all of his time not working on Cabal projects to mastering the lightsaber form of Makashi.

d'Tana
Soon after his knighting, Debric joined up with the d'Tana family, which has strong ties within Clan Arcona, and to a greater extent, Cabal Cronal.

It is equipped with an Experimental AI unit, weapon frequency jamming beam, anti-cargo scan field, harmonics sensor, power dissipater, backup battery, escape pod, passenger pod that houses two people, holonet transceiver, comm. jammer, class x.20 hyperdrive, two CEC Evader-GT Ion Engines, long range sensors, corusca gem armor, a luxury stateroom for Jaing, and two Quantum Particle Reactors to supply the power required for all of these modifications.

General Backstory
Arcona's Need - 26-27 ABY
Clan Arcona sat on the brink of outright conflict. No sister Clan within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood could be counted as an ally and Clan Scholae Palatinae was in open war. With battle brewing, Arcona's lack of an Intelligence Network became apparent as enemies began to harry trade routes, attack installations, and intercept sensitive data transmissions. The Clan's summit surmised the work was of rival Clans and fearing they would be caught at an extreme disadvantage, Arcona set its sight on a solution. To open the floodgates of information, a network would need to be established.

A Call To Action - 27 ABY
The Consul and Proconsul began planting informants, bribing officials, and hiring slicers to procure and sift information vital to the Clan's operations. While this method was highly effective in the short term, the Summit soon found out that their balancing act of managing an entire Clan and keeping their informants loyal and alive was an unattainable goal. It became readily apparent that further resources were needed to develop a sustainable Intelligence Network. After careful consideration and planning, the Summit decided to enlist the help of a hand picked group of skillful members within House Galeres to establish the much needed Battle Team.

The Cabal Is Born - 27 ABY
Etah d'Tana, Aedile of House Galeres, was called upon by CON Strategos Thanatos Entar and PCON Timeros Caesus Entar to aid in the selection of core members within Etah's House; Etah, having been recently promoted sat in a prime position to know the capabilities of his direct subordinates. Grateful for the task, the Sakiyan promptly selected two leaders with assets that would prove key to the establishment of a solid team.

The first recruit was Orv Dessrx d'Tana, member of Battle Team Qel-Droma. Joining the Dark Jedi Brotherhood after a lengthy career as Chancellor of the Imperial Senate, this Teltior was a prime candidate for aiding in the construction of the Network due to his already vast informant network and political ties. The charismatic alien - an experienced manipulator - was tasked with leading the new Team.

The second recruit from Etah's advisement that PCON Timeros transferred into Cabal Cronal is Rho d'Tana, member of the Soulfire Strike Team. Rho has a plethora of experience as a trooper with a wealth of scouting, combat, and killing expertise. Before joining the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, he had experience working for an established criminal organization and for himself as a Mercenary and Bounty Hunter. Knowing that Rho was an experienced and professional Assassin and Thief; also knowing that his leadership skills have been wasted for far too long - he was also tasked to be the second in command of the Cabal.

With the leaders selected, AED Etah d'Tana turned them loose to bolster the ranks and become the force Clan Arcona needed. This elite was dubbed Cabal Cronal by its leaders - honoring the Emperor's Hand - Imperial Intelligence Agent; the Intelligence Network was born.

Roles/positions
Cabal Cronal lacks the typical structure frequently found amongst Battle Teams as its function is not innately militaristic. Instead, Cabal Cronal relies on the wide range of skills its members provide to gather, analyze, and re-purpose information. Information manipulation, however, is not the Cabal's only skill; at times action must be taken that is silent, swift, and deadly. Drawing on the Battle Team's more 'hands on' members, such actions are exacted with quick precision.

While skill sets of members may overlap, the conglomeration of members are categorized under three distinct categories, each containing a subset of skills/attributes/tasks that are near second nature.

1. <b>Politician</b>:<br>
a. <i>Disinformation</i> - Planting of information<br>
b. <i>Informant</i> - Purveyor of information garnered from political interactions<br>
c. <i>Manipulation</i> - Charismatic perception management

2. <b>Operations Officer</b>:<br>
a. <i>Assassination</i> - Execution of any targets deemed a threat to Arcona and/or the security of Cabal Cronal's intelligence network.<br>
b. <i>Cleaner</i> - Removal of evidence (e.g. bodies, blood, weapons, fingerprints, and even witnesses) in order to hide the proof or notion of a crime/assassination/etc has taken place.<br>
c. <i>Theft</i> - Stealing data/items vital to Arconan Intelligence.

3. <b>Intel / Recon Officer</b>:<br>
a. <i>Data Sifting</i> - Analysis of data<br>
b. <i>Interrogation / Torture</i> - Extraction of information from unwilling 'informants' by any means necessary.<br>
c. <i>Scouting / Reconnaissance</i> - active and/or passive gathering of information about an enemy, or other conditions, by physical observation.
Their Vision
Goals
Cabal Cronal is a power hungry Battle Team that understands that Influence and Knowledge is power. Through any means necessary, the Cabal seeks to tighten their grasp on the galaxy at large and expand their ability to manipulate the flow of information into and out of Clan Arcona.

Team Mentality
The members of Cabal Cronal, while displaying charismatic exteriors, are actually an un-emotional and loyal group of individuals at their core. The information that flows through the Team's data streams would make any other non-Cabal member shudder in fear and disgust, as it takes an impenetrable resolve to be able to exact punishment on a fellow Clan member when information leaks are exposed.

Structure Perspective
All information is fair game. No matter the source, Cabal Cronal collects, compiles, and reports on all happenings within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood at large. Members ignore chains of command and friendships when the need arises to 'silence' an individual.

Base of Operations
The hardest things to find are often right under your nose. Cabal Cronal relies on this theory in the location of its base of operations. Hiding under the guise of a Communications and Message Center, the Cabal is able to run its Intelligence Network right at the epicenter of Clan Arcona's political hub - the Arconan Citadel on Selen. Not only is the base of operation's location key to the ease of data transport, the business front allows Cabal to monitor a number of outgoing and incoming data transmissions that further bolsters its Intelligence Network.

Intelligence Network
Cabal Cronal uses its members' connections aided by numerous bribes, illicit agreements, and intimidation to maintain and bolster it's sources of information and data flow. The Cabal employs the mining of data from a number of varied members of the galactic community at large. The Network is in a constant shifting state as informants join, leave, and are caught/killed at a moment's notice. Of particular use are those long-standing members of the informant community that provide reliable data at periodic intervals. Those individuals belong to the following groups: (The names are excluded to protect the informants' identities)

1. <b>Brotherhood</b><br>
a. Various 'plants' within other Brotherhood Clans

2. <b>Crime Syndicates</b><br>
a. Hutt Crime Syndicate<br>
b. Tana Consortium<br>

3. <b>Law enforcement Personnel</b><br>
a. Dajorran Law Enforcement Officers/Agents

4. <b>Military Leaders</b><br>
a. Varied Imperial Remnant Military Personnel<br>
b. Varied New Republic Military Personnel<br>

5. <b>Politicians</b><br>
a. Dajorran Politicians<br>
b. New Republic Politicians<br>

Standard Operating Procedures
Receptive / Projective Telepathy
Receptive and Projective Telepathy is a Force aided skill that is as old as the Force itself. While the powers are basic in and of themselves, they are not as well used by the typical Dark Jedi as one might think. The practice of Receptive and Projective Telepathy requires its practitioner to open his/her mind in a limited capacity to a fellow Force adept in order to communicate via thought. It is these skills that all new Cabal Cronal members adopt into their Force repertoire; the ability to communicate unnoticed is a vital strategy for disseminating confidential data quickly and securely. Despite the Cabal members' heavily practiced/used abilities in Telepathy, proximity is still key. The distance one is able to project one's thought is limited by their ability in the Force. An Acolyte will not have the ability that a Dark Jedi Knight possesses. Likewise, the more Force ability a Jedi has, the more complex a message he/she is able to receive and transmit.

Cleanup
The Cabal is secretive, not only to protect its team members' identities but to also protect its objectives that are never what they seem. As such, traces of actions (theft, assassinations, etc) must be hidden with all possible care so each member of the Cabal is trained in the art of 'Cleaning.' Despite each member's abilities to 'Clean' a scene, Cabal Cronal employs a number of expert 'Cleaners' that can be called upon to sweep in after an officer executes a task. When 'Cleaners' cannot be called upon in tight spots; the officer will take matters into his own hands.

Out With The Old, In With The New
With nowhere to go, Debric began traveling the galaxy again, now at his leisure due to the immense wealth he had gathered in his time as a bounty hunter.

Eventually, Debric found a new path. Rather, a new path found him. An agent of Clan Arcona of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood discovered Debric during one of the former hunter's stops on the Outer Rim.

It is equipped with an Experimental AI unit, weapon frequency jamming beam, anti-cargo scan field, harmonics sensor, power dissipater, backup battery, escape pod, passenger pod that houses two people, holonet transceiver, comm. jammer, class x.20 hyperdrive, two CEC Evader-GT Ion Engines, long range sensors, corusca gem armor, a luxury stateroom for Jaing, and two Quantum Particle Reactors to supply the power required for all of these modifications.

It is equipped with an Experimental AI unit, weapon frequency jamming beam, anti-cargo scan field, harmonics sensor, power dissipater, backup battery, escape pod, passenger pod that houses two people, holonet transceiver, comm. jammer, class x.20 hyperdrive, two CEC Evader-GT Ion Engines, long range sensors, corusca gem armor, a luxury stateroom for Jaing, and two Quantum Particle Reactors to supply the power required for all of these modifications.

==Character History==

Out With The Old, In With The New
With nowhere to go, Debric began travelling the galaxy again, now at his leisure due to the immense wealth he had gathered in his time as a bounty hunter.

Eventually, Debric found a new path. Rather, a new path found him. An agent of Clan Arcona of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood discovered Debric during one of the former hunter's stops on the Outer Rim.

It is equipped with an Experimental AI unit, weapon frequency jamming beam, anti-cargo scan field, harmonics sensor, power dissipater, backup battery, escape pod, passenger pod that houses two people, holonet transceiver, comm. jammer, class x.20 hyperdrive, two CEC Evader-GT Ion Engines, long range sensors, corusca gem armor, a luxury stateroom for Jaing, and two Quantum Particle Reactors to supply the power required for all of these modifications.

Maximum effective ranged of the phase rifle in pulse mode is dependant upon the ambient atmospherics, but under ideal conditions can be up to 900 m.

History of Koskian

Childhood
Koskian had a rough, to say the least, up bringing. The last of twelve children, born to a poor family in the lower quarters of Pandath. His birth families name was 'Prefect', though nobody knew what that really meant. Scrapping by on what little food his father could bring home, by the time Koskian was seven he was a wiry, short boy. Taking to the streets at an early age, he learned to scavenge with his two older brothers, Adeoc and Laso. Finding what they could in dumpsters, or unattended, Koskian didn't really KNOW the meaning of theft till much later, they would fix what they could, salvage what they couldn't, and sell it. Eventually the three moved up to simply breaking into homes in the nearby middle class neighborhoods, Koskian being the smallest of the trio he would perform the infiltration and open the doors for his brothers.

He never knew how, but on no less then three occasions Koskian knew for certain that they had tripped a silent alarm. His brothers dismissed it the first time, thinking their little brother was simply scared, until the law enforcement officials showed up demanding to know whom there parents were. After that his brothers took his word on it when he had a 'strange feeling' about something. They dodged the police on many occasions in this manner, and made a decent amount of money to augment their father's work. His parents never condoned these actions, but being as poor as the family was, they never outright forbade them either.

On a particularly bad night, Koskian had just turned 12 years of age, he watched his eldest brother Adeoc get shot in the chest three times by one of the shady traders they dealt with. Laso ran to find help, leaving the youngest of the Prefect children behind to deal with the trader. Koskian felt a rage boil up in him that had never been unleashed, hate and anger at the poverty that he and his family lived in, and he directed this at the so-called merchant. Waking up a hour later with Laso standing above him, he was told the merchant was dead, apparently of some kind of brain aneurysm, and that Adeoc was being moved to a med center.

Relived that his brother would live, he wondered what had happened when he unleashed his anger and pain.

Teen Years
While his childhood had been a rough enough environment, teenage life in the poverty stricken lower quarters of Pandath was possibly worse. Still short for his age, the Prefect child wouldn't experience his growth spurt till almost 18 years of age, he was ridiculed and targeted by others. His eldest brother Adeoc having found a steady job, and Laso gaining admittance to the Imperial Academy, Koskian was left alone. No longer a part of a 'crew' to protect him, the 14 year old Koskian focused on day to day survival, hoping to make it to 18 so as to join the Academy as well.

In a moment of distraction while attempting a pick pocket, the young thief was caught by officials, who promptly brought him before the courts. This not being the first time he found himself there, the judge demanded he be put in remedial schooling, and probation of sorts. Disliking this immensely, Koskian spent the next few months on a closed campus in lower Pandath, where his height and light build were often the subject of jokes and amusement. In this time, Koskian became acquainted with brawling, getting into many fights with larger opponents. Every time that he lost, he learned something, and eventually it wasn't the smaller boy losing, so much as the bigger ones hurting themselves.

Gaining something of a reputation as a fighter, less and less bullies came after him, and some even began trying to make friends with the runt teen. Knowing that behavior would get him out of the mandated school quicker then anything else, he took on those who came to him and had them fight for him in a sense, rarely raising a hand where he 'felt' they would be caught. And he was right every time. His feelings from childhood never betrayed him he realized, and he wondered what this uncanny sense of luck was.

Growing stronger, and gaining street cred after completing his term at the school, Koskian set off into the world. At the age of 16, he hadn't seen his parents in several years, not since he had been placed in the school, and he had no intention of going back 'home'. Gaining ruffians and thieves, the young Prefect began setting up a gang. Using what skills they offered, they carved out a territory of protected businesses, safe houses, and drug fronts. With thieves roaming the houses of the middle class neighborhoods that he and his brothers had robbed as children, Koskian began to make quite a bit of money from tributes alone. Drugs were a good source of income he found out at that time, as was getting protection money from local businesses.

As with any gathering of thieves and lowlifes, somebody was always ready to sell out. Koskian's sixth sense, as he referred to it now, could tell who was planning on betraying him. The sensation grew the closer it came to occurring, and suddenly the police would find a would be informant at their meeting sights very dead. It was in this time that Koskian developed the quirk of using sporks as tools of destruction, after killing a soldier of his gang with one outside of a diner at night, no other weapons available to him he had taken utensils from the diner itself.

The police types found many in this state, plastic sporks shoved deep through their jugular or comparative organs and such. No law enforcement ever tracked down the crime ring to Koskian himself, and this frustrated them. No one is certain when it happened, but Koskian took on the alias 'Psyko' during this time, as his own sanity slowly eroded the more suspicious he became, killing his lieutenants when he simply suspected them of betrayal.

Discovery and Ascendancy
At about 17 years of age, Koskian, who was simply Psyko anymore, was wanted for a string of murders throughout the middle and upper quarters of Pandath, as he cut a swath through those he thought were the cause of his impoverished state. Most of his rational thought was simply gone at this point, and no one knew how he reached some of his targets, not even himself. His sixth sense was sharper then ever, showing him to passages he could never have squeezed through, yet somehow he pushed his body to do so. It's believed the first time he did this it resulted in intense pain, and eroded the thin walls he had around his sane mind, with no way to explain the how or why.

Nearing the winter months, Koskian felt...something was coming, and felt that it would be at the Pandath starport. Traveling there, he encountered a kindred spirit, at least in the feelings of anger and hate, in the form of then Jedi Hunter, Priyum Patel. Koskian could not understand the connection at the time, and Patel nearly killed him when he walked down an ally, fully aware of Psyko following him. After fighting the younger, insane man to the ground, the first time Psyko had lost a fight in years, the Force flowed between them, pulling some of Koskian's sanity back from the abyss. With coherent thoughts for the first time in two years, Priyum was able to explain many things.

Thus did Psyko learn of his sensitivity to the Force, and felt a burning will to learn more of this power. Helping Priyum complete his own mission, tracking down an agent of the Rebellion and getting information from him in a most grisly manner, he accompanied him back to the Emperor's Hammer space. Joining the Dark Brotherhood, and passing the tests that were set before him, he was sent to Clan Arcona, Priyum's own Clan. Joining House Qel-Droma, he met his Consul, the great Nighthawk, and his Quaestor Gavron Elliad. Both of these men had huge impacts on the young Obelisk's growth in the Dark Side.

Upon orders from on high that Houses would follow Order, he was moved to Galeres, where he finally found a true home. No more stuffy Krath, he found his Master, Tuojas D'Eraii, and his trainer in the way of blades, ShadowXX here. Eventually Koskian took over the House, taking on an Apprentice in future Brother Gavin Dahl, before leaving for a sabbatical of sorts.

Power and the Rediscovery
Koskian returned some years later, actually being Koskian now, having found some form of peace after assuring that his brother Laso had survived after the fall of the Empire. Spending time with both his brothers in Taanab, he was able to access bank accounts he had begun while running his gang, and departed most of the money to his brothers. Taking a sizable chunk of this for himself, he bought his own ship as well. The Class 720 Freighter Galerian Fire became his personal ship at this time, and returned him to the Coronada system in the Eos sector to find the Brotherhood in turmoil.

Returning to find his own Clan in shamble, Koskian did what he could to pick up the pieces, taking over as Quaestor of Galeres once more and waving a flag of unified Arcona. Having come back during the time of grievances against the Emperor's Hammer and it's leader Ronin, Koskian didn't have to take long to choose sides. Quickly choosing to follow the lead of then Grandmaster Firefox, formerly of Arcona, Koskian threw in his support for the secession.

The Exodus came swiftly, the fleets of the Tie Corps hounding the Clans out of the safety of the Coronada system. After some travels and losses, Arcona found it's way through the Maw, and Koskian got to set his gaze on what would be his first real home in years. The Dajorra system welcomed them with open arms, no sentient beings advanced enough to fight off the settling of the powerful Dark Jedi. In the years that followed, Koskian took more sabbaticals, before returning to finally take his place among the Arconae and as a leader of the Clan. He recently became the Quaestor of Galeres once more, his fourth tenure in his career, and focused on making the beating heart of Arcona become even stronger.

He now holds the esteemed position of Pro Consul of Arcona, for the first time in his career. Time will show how this goes.

Odd Weapons, for a Jedi
Koskian is viewed with much amusement by many Elders of the Brotherhood for his reliance on strange weapons. Primarily this is due to his creative use of plastic cutlery known as 'sporks', a spoon/fork hybrid utensil found in fast food restaurants across the galaxy as a cost reducer. Various manipulations of the Force allow Koskian to shape and mold these plastic utensils into weapons of war to be used in battle. Among his creations, some of the more notable were:<br>
Spword - A plastic sword, usually about three feet in length, hardened to steel like quality, and a razore edge.<br>
Spip - A surprisingly mallebale, six to eight foot length of plastic cable, that would be used as a whip.<br>
Spaltrops - One of his more devious creations, several sporks combined could make a 'spaltrop' which would have three to four inch spikes that easily penetrated most foot wear.<Br>

His other happily perferred weapon is the short barrled shotgun he lovingly refers to as 'Lucy', and it has seen combat many times. While most view a weapon using solid ammunition obselete, Koskian views it more as 'creative', in that it's almost impossible to deflect a double load of buckshot pellets, compared to the number of blaster bolts most weapons fire. Among other things, he's used the weapon with solid slugs, inciderary rounds, and on one occasion blanks just to fool with an opponent.<BR>
<br>
In recent battle, Koskian lost his right hand to a lightsaber, much to his own personal dismay having never been maimed before. He has replaced it with a durasteel prostehtic hand, capable of stopping bladed weapons in mid swing with barely a scratch. The hand is also adorned with half inch spikes on the kunckles, and is controlled with micro circuits that allow free movement.

Many attribute this eccentric trait to insanity, and Koskian has never really denied it.

Expanding on Traditions
Koskian has taken an unusual turn from his usual methods as of late, taking up the pen more then then blade to help instruct the next generation of Arconans. At the time of this writing he has made no less then three seperate tomes, only one having been released to a number of others in the Clan. He has also been helping on expanding the descriptions of Arconan holdings and attempting to make the Clan's own history more enriched through various historical fiction materials.

Teaching the Young
Over the years, Koskian has had many Apprentices.
